10 Gig Wireless Router

Awesome switch. For less than 500.00 you can interconnect 10 gig/5 gig/2.5 gig/1 gig devices on your network. I have used this with high end 10 gig Intel cards, and low end cheap Aquantia 10/5/2.5 Gig cards. Works great with all of them. Even get 10 Gig over short runs on Cat 5E. (around 50 feet). The web interface is a little on the plain side, but at his price I don't care. VLAN tagging works also. Not really loud, but not quite either. It's not a home office switch meant to be located near your computers. I don't believe they market it as that. I have mine installed in my basement back where all my network cables terminate and if your 10 feet away from it, it just sounds like some quiet fan noise in the backgound. No where near as loud as a data center switch. 5 |

We have Xfinity and recently upgraded to a gig package so we needed a new router. This model handles the new speeds perfectly giving us about 800-900Mbps in speed tests. Very easy to setup and configure. Also looks nice with it being too 5 |

This router did exactly what I needed, gig interfaces and able to create to separate lans using the different interface ports, also allowing multiple dhcp servers from the one unit. Excellent product 5 |

I upgraded my internet to gig and needed a new modem and router that could handle the new speed since my Google WiFi couldn’t. This set up just as easy and has great coverage. Highly recommend. 5 |

sing this multi-gig switch in my home network, which is 90% hardwired, including router-to-router (node) backhaul. The switch performs as expected, which is to say exceptionally well. On my 1Gbps ISP (coax cable) plan, I am pulling the maximum (overprovisioned) 1.2Gbps through this switch at the far end of the hardwired network, at the same average latency as the main router is enjoying between its WAN port and the ISP itself. (Zero additional lag at the end of the network.) Excellent Netgear quality, as expected. Cheers! 5 |

I needed a 2.5g port modem to match my router. Wanted it to have a multi gig connection with a failover connection. Works perfect for that. I have always trusted netgear and will continue to do so. 5 |

I moved to a place where they have gig speeds and my weak, puny modem/router wasn’t going to cut it! Behold, the CAX80 is letting me surf the web at blazing speeds! WiFi 6 has me at 1200 mbps. 5 |
