I'm an illustrator and I've been using Wacom tablets for 10 years and they are still the best there is at what they do. I've been using an Intuos 3 since 2006 and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I use it primarily for digital painting in Photoshop and Painter. The touch ring and having the Express keys at the bottom are already an improvement over the old design. I like being able to rotate my canvas with a flick of the wrist without having to deal with hotkeys. That alone has sped up my workflow. The increase in pressure sensitivity is great as well. I've only had it for about a week, so I haven't had any issues yet. I have read about issues related to the USB cable and the Express Keys, but so far so good. If anything changes soon I may update this review. One thing I thought was strange was that B&H shipped this without any padding whatsoever (yet the small box with replacement nibs was wrapped in big, thick bubble wrap). That initially had me worried because the box was pretty dinged up, but so far everything is running smoothly. In summation, if you're into digital painting, Wacom is still the best.

I have been using tablets for more than 25 years for architectural drawing because of the accuracy they offer. For 10 years, I have been using Wacom tablets for drawing illustrations. This is one of the best available. I wish there was a mouse option available for this model as was for the Intuos 3.

I have purchased about 10 Wacom tablets over the years, for myself and my employees. This is by far the best. The bluetooth works great. The biggest problems I have had with the Wacom tablets, including the one that this is replacing, is the cord connection. Bluetooth is the answer to my problems. I also like the size of the medium. More compact.

Priced well and solid tablets.

I needed a wider lens and when I saw this on a one day sale I jumped on it. I have other Sigma lenses and am happy with them. I have three Nikon cameras that I would use it on. I checked it out on two of them, a D200 and D810. I set it everywhere between 10 & 20 mm and had it focus on subjects between 10 inches and infinity. I was very happy with the results and surprised with how well it worked close up. I chose the Sigma over the Nikon lens that was only $6 or $7 dollars more, because the Sigma has a metal mount where as the Nikon's mount is plastic. So yes, I'm really happy with this lens and would definitely recommend it.

Fed up with spinning disk HDDs failing as an annual event I decided to finally invest in a large SSD during a black friday sale. This Extreme Pro is actually my second one, I grabbed a smaller capacity Extreme non-pro a couple years back. The performance is outstanding on a current gen Mac (which dont always play nice with spinning hdds). USBC ssds like this also play well with ipads on the go. The higher transfer speeds of the pro are definitely worth the extra price as any choke point can slow the whole system down. 10/10 for these sandisk products. Watch for a sale as they happen often.

I got this unit on sale for $10. Now it sits next to my keyboard and I have easy access for client flash drives and hard drives; all at USB 3 speeds.

Found this on a $500 sale, and finally was time to replace my previous 10 year old MacBook Pro. What took 4.5 hours to export a 4k video timeline on my previous i7 intel chip, took 5 minutes on this guy, and only used 30% of the processor. Impressed. It is a definite investment, but calculate how long you're expecting it to last and divide monthly to get a comparable rate for different models. This method helped me land on this unit in specific side-by-side comparisons for features. Was able to find what I found most important and judge whether it was worth the extra ___$ per month.

If you're a photographer, this bundle is for you. I've had this subscription for almost 10 years years now and can't live without it. I just wait for the sale each year to save a little on the annual subscription.
