I got this to have a second power bank to switch out with so as to always have a charged power bank to rely on; as well, I needed one that would stand up to rain and outdoor use. Of all the power banks out there, this particular one is a no-brainer. In addition to its rugged build and weather proofing, it can be solar powered in a pinch, although I have not had a chance to test that yet. ToughTested does make an identical charger with two panels that charges as fast as plugging into the wall, but I wanted this simpler design to be able to attach to a backpack to double as a hands-free, pedestrian safety device when walking at night. The 18-light panel really lights up! The item looks exactly as pictured and it is well-built with a nice weatherproof strip that seals off the charging ports. The only caveat about this item's weatherproofing is that, although it works fine as a lamp in the rain: I would not want to actively charge something while out in the elements. In order to charge something off of this device, you need to remove the weatherproof strip to do so, effectively exposing the interior of the item when being used to charge another device. It still gets five stars, however, because the build quality, tremendously useful, weatherproof lamp, and its ability to power up via solar; there isn't another power bank out there that can do what this can do for its price. Unfortunately, I should have gotten two, because another family member saw this powerbank and snagged it faster than you can say: Say cheese! He has a twelve-mile walk to work on busy roads without sidewalks, so he's excused from absconding with it, but now I need another, LOL! So, just get two, especially if you have any gear-savvy aficionados in the house! 5 |

Before I purchased the Night Vision Monocular I wanted to know if I could use it with glasses or without. I am farsighted and need reading glasses. Customer service at Luna Optics responded to my E Mail quickly and said yes the diopter correction in the eye piece would work, and it does. I can see the display clearly without glasses, allowing the rubber eye cup to be extended. The rubber eye cup does fold up quickly if you do wear glasses and can still see the entire display. The display is very clear both day and night. With some ambient light, the IR illuminator is not required. For long range (200 yards) the adjustable IR illuminator can focus the IR beam to a spot or broader area coverage. Then, I E-Mailed customer service and asked about battery life and they recommended a Power Pack. I measured the current drain in each mode: 1. Unit on, IR Low, Video off, WiFi off = 390 mA 2. Unit on, IR High, Video off, WiFi off = 940 mA 3. Unit on, IR Med Video on, WiFi on =600 mA 4. Unit on, IR High, Video on, WiFi on = 970 mA The Capacity for the batteries I have: CR123A -1500 mAh, RCR123 - 800 mAh ,Power Bank 10,000 mAh For the above modes these batteries will last: 1. RC123A 2.1 hrs, CR123 - 3.8 hrs, Power Bank 25 hrs 2. RC123A 0.9 hrs, CR123 -1.6 hrs, Power Bank 10.6 hrs 3. RC123A 1.3 hrs, CR123 - 2.5 hrs, Power Bank 16.7 hrs 4. RC123A 0.8hrs, CR123 - 1.5 hrs, Power Bank 10.3 hrs For my intermittent use, which is Mode 1, the rechargeable CR123 batteries are fine (EBL16). When I tripod mount the unit, I used the Power Bank. The optical 6X magnification is fine hand held, but when using the digital zoom at 36x a tripod is needed for good video and photos. 5 |

This is the 1st solar power station I've ever bought. So far, I am extremely happy with this. I am happy with the capability, the portability, the appearance and the cost. I've been looking at another brand but bought this instead and I am so glad I did. I wish it would have come with a charging cable for a solar panel. 5 |

I use along with my own power bank to charge batteries while out shooting. Works for the LP-E6 as well as the new mirrorless H batteries, too. 5 |

I use this battery to charge my devices while on location in remote areas, and I keep the Power Bank itself charged via a solar panel at the same time (during the day, via the USB C input only port), which is is well matched with one of my panels outputs. I can simultaneously power / charge my MacBook Pro 13 via the USB C in/out port, 2 Canon LP-EN6 batteries (with Nitecore UCN2 Pro QC), my phone or a Gopro 10, though that would pretty much drain all its juice if the toys were flat to start with, so, for multi day missions, you may want more than one, or make sure you can keep up with the Solar charging... The two USB-C Ports are not the same, if you have ~40W or more of solar power, make sure to use the in/out port, else you will lose half of your available solar power if using the in only port... I made up a USB-C to 12V cigarette / car charging outlet adapter, which allowed me to charge a DJI Drone battery using a DJI car battery charger, though it may actually charge better from the solar panel directly - this system is not the most efficient solution, but I can charge at night... I also use it to supply extra power to cameras placed to run for extended periods, or for cameras with high power demand via the USB-C out. This is far lighter and more affordable per Ah than many other options, and I have had no issues, including use from rainforests with 100% humidity to below freezing conditions. Buying more before my next expedition... 5 |

Received this at a work gift exchange party in 2023. I needed something for travel and my prior charger was just too bulky. This one is slim and easy to carry. I travel frequently and I can keep this in a pocket with my phone for fast recharging. I usually travel solo and listen to my entertainment wirelessly. I have been able to charge my S23+ and Shokz Open Run/Open Run Pro headphoness each 2x to full without a recharge of the power bank. The power bank was still showing 50% charge after 2 full days. I've literally never run this thing down to zero charge while out traveling. I've got zero complaints about this one. The price point is amazing and the charge is fast. Great gift item too! I highly recommend 5 |
