1080P Desktop Gaming Monitors Over 100Hz

I got rid of my bulky 1080ti desktop tower, and replaced it with a gaming laptop. I still wanted a nice screen(I had 1440p 144hz, but downgraded to 1080p 144hz), so I wanted a hassle free way of connecting my laptop and get all the accessories with just one cable. This is perfect for my needs. The listing doesn't mention high refresh rate monitors, but it is compatible. I tried two different monitors(1440p and 1080p, both GSYNC and 144hz), works perfectly. The only thing this doesn't do is charge my gaming laptop(understandably). It does charge lower power hogging machines like MBP/MBA, but I don't currently have a Mac with TB3. So instead of one cable, I have to plug in a TB3 and Power cable to my laptop to make it a Desktop, but it's still VERY GOOD compared to what I had to plug in before.

If you need to have three monitors on a laptop or desktop, this will do it!

I now have two monitors for the desktop comuters and both of them have superb performances over the old monitors.

We have bought tow of these monitors. For our use which does not include gaming they are perfect for our use.

I was stuck between this and the AW2725df but ultimately chose this monitor due to the price point and a past good experience with MSI monitors. I must say, this monitor is a massive step up from my previous 1080p 240hz. As more of a competitive FPS player, I do not see how this monitor could be any better. Super clear, colors are amazing, build quality is better than expected, overall I am super satisfied with my purchase. OLED is on a whole new level compared to TN, VA, or IPS. Anyone looking to step up their experience no any game should look no further than MSI's 271qrx or the 321urx. Easily the best monitors for the price. Hard to beat a good ViewSonic monitor. This might be the best value at 1080P 165hz! If it's anything like my past VS monitors, it'll last you 10+ years!

I own 3 of these for a portable triple monitor setup. I'm tired of seeing only 1080p or 4K 15.6 inch monitors. 1080p isn't often enough. 4K is a little overkill and you might as well change the resolution on your desktop to 2.5K. Well, this is a native 2.5K display. Oh and it's 16:10 aspect ratio so it's actually 2560x1600. The extra height is glorious for working in Davinci Resolve, Blender, and any other program. It also has full size HDMI which is very rare for quality portable monitors. Don't buy the garbage you see floating around on Amazon when it comes to portable monitors. Buy the ASUS. ViewSonic also has some quality options. I like ViewSonic's 1080p OLED, the physical design is better but it's micro HDMI and well ... it could have been 2.5K. Overall ... as of 2024 this is literally the best portable IPS OLED monitor that's affordable you can buy. I used my xRite color calibration tool to calibrate each monitor to 400 nits and Rec709. You can confidently color grade on these. They have minimal back light bleed. ASUS has been releasing 2.5K 15.6 inch 16:10 (same resolution) OLED panels in some of their latest laptops, so we might see a new Zenscreen like this in 2025 as an OLED panel. However, you can't go wrong with a tried and true IPS panel. These are great. Go for it!

For so many years, I've used 24", 1080P budget monitors. After I retired, I decided to buy a quality 32" 4K Asus ROG STRIX XG32UQ monitor to go with my new high-end gaming PC. Well, it really wasn't just for me. My 9 year old grandson had a lot to do with the purchase! I know I'll never go back to a budget monitor though! Absolutely gorgeous monitor....picture is amazingly beautiful! Great Job ASUS!!!

We purchased 3 of these from B&H for an industrial control system where we needed large 1080P touch monitors. B&H had the best prices and very fast shipping. We have not purchased much from B&H before but will be shopping them first for future tech gear.
