1080P Gaming Monitor Hdmi

Can't complain much about this switch when it costs $12. Does that job as I use this on a 1080P monitor with only one HDMI input. I switch between a PC and chromecast and it works really well! 5 |

It's not designed for the purpose, but I use this on video gigs as a client monitor or for checking focus. While it completely lacks video-centric features like LUTs, meters, or freeze, it is easy to set up on a stand with the 1/4 screw mount and is simple to power off a USB-C battery pack (I use a smallrig VB50 or VB99 to power this and several other things at once, will run for over a day). Comparable monitors that are designed for video cost thousands of dollars with thickness measured in inches, which I'm not about to spend or haul to a gig since clients probably couldn't tell the difference anyway. This screen is super thin and lightweight, so it costs almost nothing capacity-wise to bring (slips into a typical laptop pocket in a backpack). I'm sure if you're a travelling businessperson or even video editor/creative this would be a perfect addition to your laptop. The colors are particularly good, comparable to the OLED I edit on, which is what I wanted. A personal factory calibration slip is included, which actually noticeably exceeded the spec'd delta-E for my screen. Obviously with OLED do not expect it to work well in sunlight or bright environments as it is relatively dim, this is for indoor or dimly-lit environments only. I was particularly impressed with the folding flap/stand, which is attached not with adhesives, but simple magnets, so it is easy to remove completely or add it on for protection. I guess my only complaints would be the use of mini-HDMI instead of full HDMI (understandable, but mildly annoying- make sure you buy the right cable if you need to use HDMI in), and the 1080p resolution. While 1080p is totally fine for a 13 screen, I'd love to see a 4K version as that would make an ideal monitor for checking focus. That would put pixel density on-par with 7 1080p screens. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been on the market for a gaming monitor. I wanted something that wasn’t just HDR compatible, was high refresh rate, at least 30”, and 1440p. I was upgrading from a 144Hz, 1080p monitor that was 37”, way too big for 1080p. I saw the 32” G7 in a store and ordered it shortly after. This monitor is everything I was wanting. I didn’t think I’d like the curvature of the display, but I think it helps further envelope me in games. The refresh rate is more than ample for my needs. My desktop won’t be driving AAA games at 240Hz, but Nvidia G-sync helps with that. Colors are vibrant for a standard LCD panel and the 1440p resolution is just enough for gaming without stressing my system by pushing 4K. The built-in speakers are serviceable. They have RGB lighting that is controlled via the monitor itself. I would like to plug it in via USB and have an app for controlling it, but the OSD is fine. There’s also an RGB light ring on the back. It would also have been nice if it adapted to whatever the monitor was displaying. But those are two small complaints in an otherwise great monitor that will suit my needs for years. 5 |

Very good and cheap monitor for 1080p gaming or a good seconday monitor, I had no issues with this the size is also perfect for 1080p, if you go up to like 27-32 inches monitor (1080p) it gets blurry, If you want a budget monitor buy this honest (any card should be able to get 165hz on this ez) 5 |

Arguably the best budget 1080p gaming monitor that you can buy. Great colors, even though its a little saturated, but I like that look. Impressive features like Freesync, 165hz (up to 180hz OC), 1ms response time (although a bit misleading), and its IPS panel. It's sharp, has good customizability, and is overall very good. There isnt really anything bad I can say about this monitor. BUY IT! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely the kind of monitor that brings your whole gaming experience, and even just your whole PC-using experience, to another level. First of all, I was surprised at how easy it actually was to set up the desk mount, and it's easily adjustable so you can get the perfect placement and angle on your specific desk. I also like that this monitor has both DisplayPort and HDMI connections, so that I can also use it with my laptop that only has an HDMI port. The picture quality of this monitor is incredible even without making any real adjustments, and there's no lag or anything so it's perfect for gaming. Sitting back and streaming videos is amazing with this monitor too, since the picture feels so immersive and vibrant. But everything just looks better on this monitor, including text, and the large size means plenty of room to see multiple open applications, so I can get work done more easily too. All in all, the Armada 25 is an all-around easy-to-use monitor that doesn't cut any corners, which I think makes it a great choice for just about anybody. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor has it all. Perfect picture and refresh rate for gaming, lots of picture settings (you can definitely find a setting that works for you), beautiful design with a great light accent in the back (can edit the color as well!). The monitor is pretty heavy and not easy to grab out of the box, so you might need someone to help you out getting it out of the box. You do have to install the stand while the monitor is still in the box as per instructions and this is very easy. Setting it up with Mac was a little challenging. The full resolution didn't work with an HDMI to USB-c cable, but the HDMI to HDMI USB-c dongle did the trick. I use it for work and it is impressive! You can easily fit 4 different apps opened at once and if you use large spreadsheets it is amazing! A clear view of everything on one monitor. I also like the power-saving mode on it. It can automatically turn off if you are not using it and it does turn back on pretty fast so there is not much lag to get back to what you were doing. Overall it is a great product and definitely an upgrade to your gaming or office set up. 5 |
Extremely satisfied | 2024-04-06 09:55:58 |
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG was one of the first companies to have a gaming game monitor with HDMI 2.1 and I am so glad they were because this monitor is amazing. I have used it everyday since having it and it was a breeze to setup. I have not had any issues while using it. The picture is great, refresh rate is exactly what I wanted especially when playing a FPS. Not enough positive things I can say about it. So I’ll end with, hurry up and do yourself a favor a buy one as soon as you can. 5 |
