Wow! The clarity on this mic is just what I needed on my guitar.

This was part of the package for the GL1 Guitalele - Nylon-String Guitar Ukulele (Natural) by Yamaha. It was all given as a gift and well received!

My first nylon string guitar of this type and I'm absolutely amazed at how nice this is. It's a very light yet solidly built guitar. Fit and finish is stunning. Playability is easily comparable to guitars of this type that are more than twice the price. Very pleased with this guitar.

Works very well on my Cordoba nylon string classical guitar. Firm pressure, grip is effective but doesn't damage anything. Easy to use.

I'm a jazz guitarist playing an 8-string classical guitar that goes higher and lower than a regular guitar. It has a K & K pickup and I my amp is a JBL EON powered speaker, which, for this instrument sounds better than any jazz guitar amp. I have used the Zoom A-3 preamp as well as an L.R. Baggs Venue DI. They are both very good but I'd say the Grace Alix is the best I've found. It has great features you can read about but I must say that the sound of my guitar with the EQ set flat is strong, clear and simply amazing! It's very well thought out. Worth the price.

A great inconspicuous tuner. Easy for you to see and nobody else. A must for a 12 string. No excuse for not being in tune. I’ve got six of them.

Wow! Thanks Lennie!! What a a totally blast from the past. As a fellow shooter, it's so nice to see stuff on Hendrix on one else captured! Pushing my favorite monochrome, Kodak, Tech Pan was always interesting and you got some really gold. Just look at his expressions in these shots. This wasn't a guitar player, he wasn't chasing Pentatonic, Miloxidian or anything else. In the total moment at that snap of the shutter. Great stuff. As a guitar player, watching someone navigate the keyboard like it was a familiar road he went down day after day. Smiling through some, grimacing through other passages that stirred some other triggers, and he took his Strat and did things Leo would have never guess. I was in R&B band when Hendrix hit the scene. I enjoyed R&B but for the soloist guitar payer, it wasn't what I wanted and when my drummer took me to his house and put on Axis and stuff, my jaw dropped, (think that's were I got my bad TMJ joint problem, but well worth it). Again, thanks Lennie, for a young kid working your way into different areas was really cool. Photographers; we're hated for being in the way, for working so hard to get the shot because whether we are documentary, or still of motion picture, without you and I and the many others who risk getting physically messed up, the world would have missed all of this. Thanks again. BUY THIS BOOK!

Most of the reviews for the JMix8 are by DJ's. I'm using it as a solo singer songwriter and this thing is INCREDIBLE!!! Got my voice dialed in with compression and reverb and my guitar just sings through this setup. I'm still learning how to use all of the features but I could not be happier with how it sounds the way I have it set up now. I was hoping to use the electric guitar modeling amps built into it but I haven't found any out of the box settings that I'd use live. Just want a simple crunch and a clean sound I can be proud of but haven't figured that part out yet. I'm not a great guitar amp setting mind so I've always struggled getting the sounds I want to come out of my amps. But with acoustic and voice only!? WOW WOW WOW!!!

Wow! I'm loving this thing. Works on all kinds of sources. Super articulate microphone. Love it on electric guitar cabinet. I've used on acoustic guitar and bass cabinet also with good results. Definitely one of the best sleepers I've discovered.
