I have a the charger Canon makes but wanted a backup. Not only is the Pearstone charger about half the price of Canon's,it also comes with a 12-volt DC attachment so I can charge batteries in my car and with a plug adapter that is the one most commonly needed one in Europe - Canon's charger does not have these. 5 |

Maybe this isn't quite what Sony had in mind for it's adapter. I use a 12 volt dc sealed cell battery, plug a 120 volt converter into that, then convert it back into dc with the Sony adapter. I do that for extreme extended battery use for astrophotography field use. It seems to work fine. There's no overheating in any part of my contraption, including the Sony Adapter. 5 |

I love this camera, it’s one of my favourite so far. The fact that under status you can tell you are using the 12 volt SPYPOINT battery is wonderful addition. The only thing left to make it better is to indicate the power left on you 12 volt external battery 5 |

I have a couple of the micro lte solar units and so far they are awesome. The lithium battery combined with the solar panel makes going to change batteries a thing of the past. Great unit. 5 |

Iv had my two in the field since April 2023 They are solar no lithium battery just the cameras and they are still in the same spots to this day February 29 2024 iv only stopped by to occasionally format the SD card if set up properly definitely no issues 5 |

The battery charger that came with my Canon Rebel was 110-Volt only. On a Smoky Mountain vacation, my installed battery went dead and there was simply no place to charge it. This charger allows you to charge the battery by way of the cigarette lighter. No more will a dead battery stop me from my photography and I thank the B&H people for leading me to this alternative battery charger 5 |
