I actually purchased this to build a holder for welding lenses (eclipse photos) but ended up mounting solar filter film directly to the ring. For my application this adapter ring worked better than expected. The ring was used on a Canon 100-400. 5 |

We bought these to view the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse. We live in Albuquerque, NM so had a great view of this particular eclipse. We bought the 10 pack so that we could share with neighbors.
