12V 36W Cell Rechargable Lead Acid Battery

This is the standard lead acid cell to be used in my UPS.It has been in service for approximately two weeks without any problem. The price was reasonable and it was delivered promptly and in good condition.

As can be expected with a lead acid battery, weight is higher than with other types, however I believe the performance overwhelmingly outweighs the drawbacks. This battery pack easily powers my camera for around 4 hours, and is significantly less expensive than some other brands. Charging does take a while, but as above, is a small price to pay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this running for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier. I’ve installed this quite easily in my wall rack and have to say I am very happy with it’s performance and solid build quality. It’s as plug and play as you’re going to get. I find myself often looking over to see that it running as it’s very quiet and the fan only turns on when the load get’s to a certain levelEven then I just don’t hear it. Seems to be very efficient with low heat. This unit also has the lithium-ion battery and seems to weigh less than half the weight (just over 30lbs) of my older lead acid battery unit and smaller in overall size. In the long run I feel it’s going to be much more cost effective replacing the lithium-ion battery over time as they’re just getting cheaper and last longer than the older lead acid batteries. From an aesthetics point of view, I feel the unit is nicely designed and appealing. The multi-function LCD is easy to use and view various in-depth metrics. If you’re in the market looking for a smart ups or to replace a older lead acid unit then I highly recommend the APC smart-ups. Good quality brand and dependability.

My old lead acid batteries are 4 years old and expect they will start to fail. I bought the delta 2 so I could transition to lithium batteries. So far it has been a very good and simple project. I like that it has it's own charge controller with a few different ways to charge. So far so good. Will probably buy the extra battery eventually.

I Iive completely off-grid, and recently purchased a river 600Pro. I have been living with very large and very heavy lead-acid batteries for several years. This unit has so far been able to out last and out perform multiple different lead-acid and AGM type battery setups and charger/ inverter combinations. As long as you are using energy efficient devices you can run several things for several days. Using 50watts of 120v power(My 55inch tv only pulls 37-40 watts after it's been on for a few minutes, 75 watts on start up), the river pro has lasted 4 days while charging multiple phones, tablets, and a laptop from the usb ports. Of course if your pulling more watts (300+) the life span is drastically reduced

enough light to last for the night... im hoping the rechargable  battery can last for the whole year

Perfect for the right occasions!!! Let's first talk about the mounting option accessories that ship with it so you can configure it to mount to cameras, providing various solutions. That's sooo smart. The build... DTap and other sources are well placed and can be used for multitudes of equipment. Crazy. The battery lasts a. Long. Long. Time!! I used it for more than it's "intended" purpose on a music video shoot. I rigged a 7" 12v monitor (DTap), powered a follow focus knob (5V), a wireless HD video receiver (12v), and .... something else. Effortless. The team loved the rig!!... you could see the gears in their minds spinning with possibilities !!!!!! Think outside of the box with this unit. Each item also had a battery attached for backup power IN CASE the handle dropped out at anytime. At that point, it could still be a handle. It lasted the ENTIRE duration of my needs... easy 6 hours without depleting. It's chunky even in a large hand, so be mindful of fatigue if rigged onto a heavy system. I first used it on a caged BMD 6K and it flowed easily for 3.5 hours. It powered the camera, and a 7" monitor for what I recall to be the entire live event (intermittent use, but powered up 85% of the time) Have a great time with the unit!!!
