I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Update to a review I'd left previously. The charging car mount is a solid piece of equipment -- it feels sturdy and well-built, and I have no concerns about it falling from where it's mounted thanks to the adhesive strip. The 12V charger provides enough power to give my iPhone 12 mini a respectable charge, even when streaming music and navigating with GPS. However, I strongly recommend against mounting it on the dashboard if you live somewhere hot and sunny -- owing to its dark color and metal exterior, this thing gets mighty hot, and your phone will too if it's exposed. Definitely find a spot on the center console, preferably where it can get some air, if that's the case. Once I did that, the mount worked beautifully. No more fiddling with cables or having an air vent blocked by a mount -- this thing does the job. 5 |
