We decided to go wireless and use Sonos to take away clutter and facilitate streaming and different music playback options in different rooms at the same time. We used to have an Onkyo 2 zone receiver running two amazing outdoor Bose speakers (prewired in our home) and a Bose Accousitmass 10 sorround system in our family room. To play the speakers outside we had to play the same thing in the Family room. It sounded good though. We replaced the Onkyo and indoor Bose surround with a Sonos Soundbar and we are 110% happy with that. We also bought a Sonos Amp to run the outdoor speakers. Now we can play different things in the different areas and the sound quality is phenomenal. The amp has more power and clarity than the old Onkyo receiver. I know this is a really expensive option, but for us, it was completely worth the investment! 5 |

I purchased this for my outdoor patio and pool with 4 Polk Atrium 5 speakers. 1 week later I added 2 wireless One speakers for the living room and master bedroom, setup was straight forward, great sound, app works well and really like the option to selectively turn on/off the music for each area. 5 |

7.3V and 12V d-tap let me power my camera (7.3V), a led ligth (12V) and a wireless microphone receiver (12V). I use it on a Redrock microPod Accessory Plate (I had to found screws because the supplied ones did not fit). No more multiple batteries that dies out at different times and much longer running time with a single battery, sweet! 5 |
