14 Inches Laptop

Protects my 14" laptop.

Hahnemuhle paper provides such gorgeous tones, especially the deep blacks. I only wish they also made this is 11 x 14 inches.

The light is perfect for travel. It measures 14 inches from the top all the way to the bottom of the yoke. Very bright and usable as a key light. I use an Angler soft box with 8"x8" opening. The light must be mounted sideways in order for this to work. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a small light with great punch.

This tripod is the perfect size for travel, as it folds down to 14 inches, including the ball head. This makes it easy to fit into carry-on luggage or a small backpack. There are other tripods this size, but none that are as well made and as sturdy as this tripod.

This is very solidly constructed and really works well with my Audio Technica 8035 shotgun mic which is about 14 1/2 inches long. The mic just snapped right into the holder, and it doesn't slip. I often use it on a tripod to record bird sounds, etc., and it does a great job. Would highly recommend.

Carry on bag restrictions in Canada are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches. This tripod is 20.5 inches so it should be no problems to bring it with you.

Just plug it in. The supplied USB cable is only about 14 inches long and the end that fits into the drive appears to be proprietary; I wish that it was longer. Other than that, it is perfect for my needs as a backup drive.

At 14 inches this tripod will easily fit into your suitcase without hogging all the space and at a mere two pounds will not present a weight problem when checking the bag at the airport. The construction is top notch and well engineered. Having purchased two Manfrotto tripods in the past I wanted to stay with the brand as I have always found them to be excellent, but I settled on the Gitzo tripod because the specifications were the best for my needs. It was a very pleasant surprise when I went to register the Gitzo and discovered that it is from the high-end division of the Manfrotto family of tripods. As the tripod is somewhat expensive, I would suggest that it resolves some important issues if you are looking for a necessary photographic tool when you are traveling. To me it is a perfect solution to problems I have encountered in the past.
