The battery charger that came with my Canon Rebel was 110-Volt only. On a Smoky Mountain vacation, my installed battery went dead and there was simply no place to charge it. This charger allows you to charge the battery by way of the cigarette lighter. Lets me pick out the batteries that need more work or are just done. I have real good volt meter but it takes a lot less time to put them in the charger, that I have to do anyway. I have a bunch of the same batteries so its helpful have the LCD indicate which one is not as good. Plus you charge up to 8 at a time each and each gets a full charge. 5 |
