I've used just about every sub-miniature mic out there and in this price range no other can touch it.

I acquired the just released Fujifilm 16/f2.8 this week. Its a fantastic lens, less than half the weight and without the bulk of my Fujifilm 16/f1.4 (which I do intend to keep). For light weight travel, this lens pairs well with my X-Pro 2, and allows me to shoot discretely for street photography. Bonus, the lens focuses quickly, quietly and closely (just a centimeter farther than the 16/f1.4 focuses)!

I shot a wedding a week ago with this. I had 5D Mark IV with 16-35mm II attached on one side of my harness and 5D Mark II with 85mm 1.2 on the other side of the harness. There was no un balanced pulling from one side or the other while using the cameras. Definitely recommend.

I have had this lens for a week and a half now, and its been on my camera since I took it out of the box, in place of the 16-50mm Fujinon kit lens that I really like. Im not a professional photographer by any means but I have been doing photography for over 20 years and have used a lot of different lenses over that time. I have rarely been this satisfied with an aftermarket lens as I am currently with this one. That includes Sigmas and Tamrons. The lens is smooth operating and easy for me to set the focus and aperture. Its also really sharp - surprising so. Thats not as important to me but it is a good thing in any case. For the price this lens really will be hard to beat. A great lens for someone starting photography with a Fujifilm camera and doesnt have the money for the Fujinon glass which is quite expensive. The only remaining question is how durable is it. Pretty sure I will be finding out as I will keep using this lens. Matter of fact, I will be getting the 7artisans 7.5mm fisheye lens down the line.
