My laptop is running 16GB of RAM, an i7 processor and a 1TB hard drive. �(Due to the size, it was slow - 5400 rpm.) �I wanted an SSD when I bought the laptop 4 years ago, but prices of SSD were sky high if you could find them. �This is a much more reasonable price. �If you are maxed out on RAM, this is the next upgrade to look add - the loading and saving process is so much faster and reliability substantially higher as there are no moving parts. �It breathes new life into Windows based units! 5 |

I know this is an M1, not even M1Pro, chipset in this laptop. It has 16GB of no-upgradeable RAM. It only has two ports besides the audio one. Still, I don't see a reason to pay for M2 prices. This is plenty enough computer for my needs. I'm not a pro photog and don't need something for that kind of workflow. I do have a work MacBook Pro 16 which is spec'd to the 9's. I know the difference and didn't see the need for me to spend more. This little gem is plenty for me right now. Maybe later I'll get a real beast, but not today. Bought this laptop with 16GB of ram, charged it up, and went on a trip, naturally forgot my charger. But no worries there, even though I did lots of web browsing and downloading and uploading of files, the battery never got below 40% after 2 days of usage. Your results may vary but I have been thrilled with this little powerhouse and the upgrade it is from my 2013 MBP. 5 |

Bought a Lenovo Legion laptop from B&H in 2020 with 16gb of RAM. Upgraded to 32gb with this kit. Took a few minutes to figure out how to open the laptop but it was easy after that. Saw the SODIMM RAM and couldn't believe my eyes! Exactly what I was looking for and less than anywhere else. My notebook now has 16GB ram and runs faster and glitch free. Doesn't get better than this! Only bummer - they are priced even lower now! 5 |
