16V Cordless Lithium Hand Vacuum

I own a few cordless lavalier & hand-held microphone systems (by Sennheiser) that are used for my audio/video projects. An antenna to one of the cordless receivers was found to be broken after I put it in my made-for-video equipment backpack. So, I did a quick research for a safer way to transport the Sennheiser ENG systems and found this on the B&H web-site. Bottom line is that the entire unit of each cordless transformer & receiver, including the antenna, is safely packed into the case for transport.

Amazing little vacuum/blower!

The long life AA lithium battery has many uses including in an emergency so keeping spares on-hand isn't a worry due to the 10 year shelf life. I use it in business & personal life for cameras, NOAA weather radio, flashlights, hand-held computer, emergency strobe light, laser level, to name a few. B&H always has fresh inventory

It's good to have a battery testing on hand and this one does the lithium and alkaline batteries. One thing I would note is for rechargeable batteries that have been handled a lot; it a good practice to clean terminals with  isopropyl alcohol otherwise it could give inconsistent results. This is covered in the manual and in their FAQ on the website. It is not readily apparent as to why you would need to read the manual for such a straight forward device :).

I'm surprised no other manufacturers have capitalized on what this battery can do. You've got the 14-16V output on board, plus two USB ports, plus a voltage-regulated 8V output. You get all that with a decent sized battery (would love to have it last longer) and at a ridiculous price. Don't look twice, just get it.

I purchased the 2K wired system. Install was a little tricky but worked well. After a few days one of my cameras dropped offline. Had an electrician check out the original 16V-24V transformer and it was too hot to handle. Installed a NEW 24V transformer and now works great. Recommendation: if your property is over 20 yrs old, the original 16V-24V transformer may not be able to handle this properly. Highly recommend the 2K wired system. Greg H
