1998 Model Motorola Talkabout Radios

Bought these for ski patrol duties in the winter and boating in the summer with the waterproof talkabout radios. Have not tested them in the summer yet but so far I like them. Not sure how waterproof they are, but they have been covered by snow and work well. Very rugged and useful - other patrollers have the cheap knock-offs and there is no comparison (those don't last very long and have poor quality). Only drawback is that the clip on the back does not swivel.

Great little radios, so far. Good range relative to similar Motorola Talkabouts.

I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

This is the perfect radios for road trips, camping, amusement parks, and more. Highly recommend this model & brand.

I had some old radios, with features that I always liked. That model was discontinued. I took a chance on this radio. I liked it so much that I bought five more! Now I can have music or talk radio in every room!
