2 Function Control Switch

Great multi-function timer to expand camera control.

I like that it includes a volume control, a power switch and audio control.

I muddled through setup (not my strong suit), and got it up and running fairly quickly with the four 18Tb HDD's and two 4 Tb NVME M.2's I had. I added another four 18tb HDD's when they arrived a few days later. It worked, but not necessarily how I wanted it arranged, so I copied everything to a drive, deleted the storage pools, and reset the whole setup as new. Got everything copied back over. I am still slower than I want to be, but I think it has to do with my slow Office Depot network switch, I have ordered another that does 10g. from B&H. My relevant notes about the QNAP product. 1) Use heat sinks on your NVME M.2 - under heavy load they will overheat (which the QNAP product will monitor and warn you about) 2) QNAP software is EASY to use, and when you want to do something and can't figure it out, the software pretty much tells you what you need to install. Some of it is free, but some of it is an additional purchase, but I think it is priced well (The one app I needed for a file format was $3.) 3) Order all the hardware you want with the machine, and be patient until it arrives.. lol. I spent an extra 5 hours on setup because I have the patience of a 3 year old looking at a bag of marshmallows. I am doing 4k video editing, with LARGE files. It is acceptable as is for my purposes, but the new network switch should make this thing great.

Have only had it for a few days, but I love the power switch and volume control on the remote.

All controls function perfectly on the DVX200... So much easier to control camera... Zoom is super smooth, Iris works perfect! I was able to manually control IRIS and leave focus on auto...

Switch function and construction is great. I'm able to split my PoE to multiple devices now with this switch without needed additional power adapter, I have compatible PoE supply to begin with

This mic mute foot switch is tremendous and zero noise when engaging. We use it for our drummer for a talk back function because of he’s in a drum booth during rehearsal and communication in our ear monitors during playing. Great product!

This converter is perfect for my use in extracting audio separately from a camera's SDI output. That way I'm able to send the audio to a mixer for control, as sometimes a live camera in the field has both a shotgun mic and a wireless mic on its inputs. The converter has a side panel DIP switch assembly that allows you to select the extraction function you need, and the bottom panel on this converter shows you various DIP settings -- BUT nothing was there that made it function for me (specifically using DIP Switch 8). I strongly suggest you download the PDF manual (available here on the B&H page for this product under the heading, Guides & Manuals). Go to page 53 and read all about the DIP Switch Settings. Again, you might need to turn Switch 8 off in order for the converter to do the job. Once you get the audio output you need I think you'll be impressed. It is absolutely noiseless (well, unless you have a noisy mic).

Was looking for a manual switch and this function works. Didn't test automated switching. Robert

Super thin and light, great soft touch on/off switch. Dimmer function a nice bonus! Works well with both 35mm and medium format (6x7). Has built-in lithium ion battery and also can be plugged into outlet. A bit pricey but definitely worth it
