2 Sided Print Compatibility Brother Printer

This printer is great for medium print jobs, prints double sided, quick, efficient... just a good printer all around. I have 3 brother laser printers; one for home office and two at our work office. I even have a 20+ year old sewing machine from brother, no problems what-so-ever.

This is our 3rd Brother printer. We like the features of these printers like double sided printing, duplex scanning, and most of all...new with this one...ink saver feature. We use it on a Mac network. Works great.

I am a school teacher and a doctoral student. The feature that my Brother printer gives me, allows me to do graphics that look amazing. It allows me to do two sided in any direction I need. It is a wonderful addition.

The Brother QL-820NWBC Ultra Flexible Label Printer with Multiple Connectivity options fulfills both of those qualities. The 820NWBC is both light weight and tiny. It doesn't take up much room at all and is highly portable. I have moved it all over my building as I have needed to print various labels in different rooms. While I initially had it connected to my buildings WI-FI, I found myself using it more often with the bluetooth setting while connected to my phone. Connecting via bluetooth was quick and effortless. The Brother IPrint&Label app is easy to use and does a great job of allowing one to edit and print labels on the fly. Loading the labels into the printer was easy as the Quickstart guide was a breeze to follow. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. The labels print quickly and are great quality. The Brother QL-820NWBC Ultra Flexible Label Printer with Multiple Connectivity options is the perfect printer for printing labels at your desk or one the go. It is a definite ten in my book!

The Printer comes with everything need it to start printing labels. The box comes with cables and 2 different size labels to start with. The installation its super easy. Just visit the Brother website and download the Drivers. Installation is super easy and quick. The printer is thermal so you will need no ink. The labels print so fast and the quality is impressive, so clear. I like that you can connect via Wifi and Bluetooth and print from any device. More space to work with and no extra cables around or labels hanging is a A plus. You can print from your mobile device so easily and you can create your own labels with the P-touch editor. The label roll is hidden inside the printer. Printing is fast. The printer automatically recognize label size, cuts the labels and separates them for you. No more wasted labels the printer will also recognize the start of a new label. I can now print my 4inch labels for my packages with no effort, from any Device. I love this label printer makes my job so much easier.

Very satisfied with this Printer. I bought it after my brother printer quit supporting the later versions of ios and I could no longer get it to print from my mac. Installation was easy and straight-forward. It works nicely on my home wi-fi network and allows me to print from both my iMac and iPhone with no issues.

I'm a recently retired graphic artist. For 25+ years I've had a near press-quality printer with tabloid and 2-sided capability that was superb for the color rendition I needed, so I am a little spoiled. Even in retirement, I wanted to have good color and resolution, just in case; I could live without tabloid size because the mockups I loved creating are a thing of the past.... I researched options again and again for months and finally decided on this printer, which is incredibly less expensive than what I was using, and also very nicely smaller. Even for a technophobe like me, set up was easy and wifi worked as promised - no problems at all like those some other reviewers have related. The only negative I see is the cost of the toner (one replacement set is roughly the cost of the printer!), but so far I'm still on the original cartridges so I don't really know how that will play out. I do have some issues with 2-sided printing and have contacted customer support about this, but I think it is due to the old OS and software I'm using. (I haven't upgraded so that I can still amend old files my clients might request.) When I print from current online sources, the 2-sided feature works fine. Lastly, this printer is SO QUIET. I love that. I leave it on all the time so that others in the house can print from their devices. Even when it cranks up to print, it's quiet.

I should add it has never let me down, it was just time for something new. This model has a smaller footprint which gives me a little more desk space. The main decision for this printer was the double sided printing and it does that with ease. I create and print work files from home and the ability to print on both sides without having to reinsert the paper is huge for me. And it surprisingly holds half a ream of paper! I still haven’t refilled the paper! I did subscribe to the instant ink program as I used it before - and trust me, it’s a money saver. Connecting to the printer was easy - found my network right away with zero problems. Once you have it setup on your network you can print wirelessly with ease and straight from your phone. The print speed is pretty quick! When I print something wirelessly - it’s already printed by the time I walk to the office to get it. There is a slight pause when printing double sided, but this is to allow additional time for the ink to dry. It’s literally just a few seconds and not a real interruption. Bottom line, if you’re in the market for a very capable home office printer - this should be your choice.
