2 Sided Scanning Brother Printer

Excellent printer and scanner. Two-sided scanning is a particular benefit.

This is our 3rd Brother printer. We like the features of these printers like double sided printing, duplex scanning, and most of all...new with this one...ink saver feature. We use it on a Mac network. Works great.

I was tired of always buying cartridges for my ink jet printers. So I decided to buy this printer and use it as my main printer. Now I can buy bottles of ink occasionally instead of cartridges all the time. The printer is compact and fits well on my desk. Setup was very easy since most of the steps are done automatically. Even though I have another scanner which I will use for large jobs and double-sided scanning, the scanner on this printer is handy for scanning just a few single-sided pages and for making copies without having to scan then print.

This is probably the best printer I have ever owned. It's super fast and relatively quiet. It does all the double-sided scanning and printing automatically. Add that to the large ink supply making it unbelievably inexpensive to operate. The fidelity of the photos is absolutely amazing. Add that to the great service of B & H Photo and you have a super combination.

We have been extremely happy with our new copier/printer. Much faster scanning and copying, especially double sided copying! It is also extremely user friendly. Would recommend to other businesses!

This printer is great for medium print jobs, prints double sided, quick, efficient... just a good printer all around. I have 3 brother laser printers; one for home office and two at our work office. I even have a 20+ year old sewing machine from brother, no problems what-so-ever.

I am a school teacher and a doctoral student. The feature that my Brother printer gives me, allows me to do graphics that look amazing. It allows me to do two sided in any direction I need. It is a wonderful addition.

quick, double-sided scanning; reasonable price.

I had an 8-year old Brother printer that had bad connectivity issues in my home mesh WiFi environment. Then the time came that I had to replace all four toners, so instead I spent SIGNIFICANTLY less $$ to purchase this new machine complete with 6-months worth of toner (very light home office use; more scanning than printing). With this Canon I get modern WiFi to connect to our network. Everyone in the house can easily print from MacBooks, iPads & iPhones via WiFi. The Brother just couldn't find or stay connected to our network. Even plugging into the ethernet didn't solve that so the old printer could only be used w/ a USB cable. There are NONE of those issues with the Canon. Worked right out of the box like I expect from new tech. I'm impressed with the scanning software, too. Better than the Brother app, but YMMV So far very happy with this purchase. 5-stars. And as always, B&H makes tech buying simple. Plus next-day delivery over 100-miles from NYC. Flawless!! I absolutely love the speed of scanning. Printing quality is superb. I have owned nothing but Brother printer/scanner/fax/copier for over 15 plus years. This machine is a beast and very happy I purchased it.
