2002 Mercury Mountaineer Overdrive Light Flashing

but it is unsettling to have the upstream light flashing

Had to get this to replace an original mercury battery in an old, old light meter

I use this light weight ballhead on a Gitzo Mountaineer Series 1 carbon fiber tripod. I’ve mounted the EM-1 MkII with the Olympus 40-150mm f2.8 lens and teleconverter. Even in a stiff breeze of 5-10 mph at 14 degrees F the ball was easy to move and the images were sharp and clear. This small lightweight ballhead is worth every penny when quality photography is paramount.

I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's awesome! Rush used them on tour from 2002-2015...

This is a very nice headlamp, without two levels of white light, a red light and a flashing red light.  Having the battery pack on the back makes it much easier to balance and the straps are adjustable over a wide range.

Great size, love the built in light (it has flashing mode for some reason, just if you need to give someone a seizure on a film set?) I have always wanted this Porta Brace bag but kept talking myself out of it. I finally pulled the trigger on buying one and I'm glad I did. Sometimes I have a small lens in it if i am shooting an event with a smaller camera, but on a full set I kit it out with all the tools I'll need. for camera department. If you are on the fence about it, do it.

This flashing is amazing. The variable light settings to the strobe. No concerns on purchasing the light at all. I would love to give one to every person in my family. BUY IT YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!!

Very useful product because it is not like the regular flash. It has several functions that allow you to change such like: dimmer, lighter and even flashing. The flash level is used still not has a very strong light like regular flash. The image looks more nature light and hard to tell that is use flash or not.
