I use this to provide backup power for my satellite internet, wireless router and VOIP phone system. Occasionally, it also powers my laptop and external LCD. They installed my RAM and everything is working also i receive my old ram and i can give him to somebody or keep in as backup ram, and B&H test my new ram and laptop and this is a good reason to buy this service because you well be sure your new laptop and ram work without problem, really great job and i don't have any issue. 5 |

The only issue I had with my purchase is that when I installed my Ram chips the board would not post. I followed the recommendation of the ram chips and ensured they were seated properly. I ended up changing the configuration and my board posted and my system was up and running. I love the system I just feel there needs to be a correction made with the ram placement. 5 |
