2010 Lg Wash Machine Stops After 39 Min

Between the min and max marking, you get about 5 1/3 stops of densitiy variation with hardly any change in color. I've read some reviews here where people complain about the Big X across the picture that is caused by this filter. Well that's what happens when you turn it beyond the maximum density marking. Don't do that, and you'll be happy. 5 |

I like it so far, the fact that you can go through so many stops of light is pretty cool, but I cannot see the need to use the darker stops. I'm using it on the min setting with my two f1.2 lenses and it's enough to shoot in bright day light, stopping down (increasing the darkness) makes it a bit too dark, but some might have use for it in landscapes. For portrait, the lowest setting is the sweet spot, I can now shoot in broad daylight without having to stop down. Works as advertised, highly recommended. 5 |

Like all ND filters this one has a little color shift, but it’s nothing crazy. The markings on the filter are not calibrated stops and are just there for reference. Things to improve this filter would be stops at the min and max versus having it spin 360 degrees, but I’m not aware of any filters that do this. If you use this filter outside of its min and max tolerances, you will see undesirable results with crosshatching in your images, etc. ive tried more expensive ones and it wasn’t worth the price. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any budget ones that could keep up. 5 |

I tested the 77mm Tru Match Vari Nd MKII on a Nikon Z6 with Nikon PC 85 mm and Nikon Z 20 mm lenses. No vignetting on either lens. With 85 mm I got 5 to 10.5 stops of adjustment before artifacts started in the corners. 10.5 stops with a landscape and 5 stops with the color checker. With Z 20 mm I got 7 stops of adjustment before corner artifacts with a landscape (same one as for 85 mm) A crude test of sharpness with the 85 mm, without filter, filter min setting, and filter one line down from max - no noticeable sharpness degradation. I created images of a GretagMacbeth ColorChecker Color Rendition Chart with 85 mm and found colors at any usable filter setting were fine for me. I developed in Lightroom Classic, set the white balance for each image from the center of the white square (#19) and adjusted the exposure of all images to match the white square of image 1 (no filter). I recorded the L*a*b* reading of square #6, bluish green. There is a 5 stop difference in exposure from min to maximum usable (no artifacts) for this subject. no filter 86.6 -20.7 -3.2 min 86.6 -21.2 -3.9 2 86.4 -21.2 -3.8 3 86.4 -20.9 -3.9 4 85.9 -21.8 -4.1 5 86.6 -20.6 -3.7 6 86.9 -20.7 -4.0 7 86.9 -20.4 -4.1 8 86.7 -20.6 -4.1 9 87.4 -20.3 -3.3 10 87.3 -20.3 -4.0 Be careful with taking pictures through glass that has a film coating. I saw purple hazing in sky pictures. 5 |

Likes: 1.has physical stops for both Min and Max settings, so one does not under- nor over-shoot the workable range; 2.easy to attach onto one's lens, unlike a competitor [Ti***n] where it's nearly impossible to attach [base ring is recessed]; 3.little vignetting; 4.little coloration; 5.feels solid and high quality. Dislikes: 1.price could be a skosh lower. 5 |

Replacing a 2010 era MacBook Pro. This machine is fast, great graphics and the keyboard is a huge upgrade. Happy in eevry way. 5 |

Well, so far so good. I used it in raid mode and it took a long time to "time machine" a 2010 macbook pro with about 700 Gigs. Like 10 hours. No complaints, just saying'. We'll see if it lasts 5 years. In a morbid way, I am looking forward to a HD failing, plugging in a new one, and seeing if the raid re-builds the new HD. Oh, by the way, online transaction and delivery exceptionally good. CD in BC, Canada 5 |

I beefed up my MacBook pro 2010 model with 2 of these and running a virtualize machine with windows on it and using parallels at the same time. i can say the speed makes a huge difference until now. Lets hope it gives the performance it will as I read many reviews and this is worth the investment. 5 |

I bought this machine to replace (4) 2010-2011 models and I was able to consolidate all the workloads onto this single machine. I did an aftermarket RAM upgrade to 64GB and I am now running (7) VMs on this machine in addition to the base OS. That's 2 Windows servers, 2 Windows workstations, 2 virtual Macs and a linux instance. Couldn't be happier. The RAM upgrade took about 30 minutes, but was easy with the right tools and instruction video. 5 |
