2016 Computer Monitor

Had my F750 since 2016. I have always had clear undistorted images to replay on my computer. I would buy this again.

Love the computer so far but never got the monitor.

I bought the late 2016 MacBook Pro with touchbar 15.4 and was looking for a sleeve that would fit the computer. After searching many others I found this one. The MacBook's dimensions are 13.75 x 9.48 x 0.61 (LxWxH). This sleeve fits the computer exactly. The sleeve has foam padding inside in a sort of two-layer design. The first layer is a foam pad and the second layer has bump-outs from the foam pad. This extends throughout the sleeve and is on both sides.

I upgraded from an i7 hex-core year 2016 processor to this one. This new one made a big difference in performance of compiling times for both software and video editing. My computer has that whole new feel to it performance wise. I expect to continue using this one for at least the next four years - worth every penny of the investment. This processor boasts 10 cores (20 with hyperthreading turned on). Clocks in at 2.81 GHz (I don't overclock - I want reliability) 640kb L1, 2.5mb L2, and 20mb L3 caches. Overall I am very satisfied - almost two months of use (I keep my computer running 24/7 for various home automation tasks) and no hints of problems. I use the stock cooler fan that came with it - and the average core temperature stays between 30-40 degrees Celsius, and peaks to about 80 when running heavy processing applications.

I have a 2016 MacBook Pro. With the 1 USB-C cable provided with the monitor, I'm able to send the video and audio signal to the monitor, use the monitor's USB hub, and charge my MacBook, all through the 1 cable. I selected the preset "text mode" on the monitor, since I'm a software engineer that looks at text all day. It's very crisp and easy on the eyes. I have it vesa mounted to my desk. So far, I've had no issues with this monitor. I'm very impressed!

I'm using this monitor with my MacBook Pro 2016. The quality and color are way better than what I expected. However, the box was delivered without any wrap outside so make sure you are at home to get the monitor right away before someone else takes it away!

I bought this monitor back in June 2016 and thought the image looked terrible. Sometimes in the right lighting on my Sony FS7 if would look ok. Fast forward to a few months later I saw on youtube that it has a sharpness setting that's deep in the menu. Found it, turned it down from 50 to 2 and the image looks really nice now. Pleasantly surprised. It's also packed with features(waveform, histogram, peaking) and has sdi and hdmi inputs. Great little monitor for the price. Comes with sunshade, ac power, case. I have v-mount batteries so I did buy an Anton Bauer adapter plate for it. Only real complaint is the case it comes with, the configuration is a bit wonky.

It's quite useful. Attached it to computer and monitor and it worked.
