Hello, I'm using this devise for around 2 months, the Bluetooth / microphone disconnects from computer after around 40 minutes and during the call. is this a standard or should i do something to extend the parring time between the device and the computer. 5 |

This is very lightweight, easy to use, and quality of picture and sound unbelievable. Can't get the microphone to work that we bought with it but will call Canon support line to see what is going on. 5 |

One of my colleagues was using this little microphone during the conference call and the sound quality was pretty good. So, I asked the microphone info and he shared the Polsen info and it was on sale from B&H where I buy all my tech gears. It gave reliable sound quality any participants sitting around the microphone. And it worked well when plug the microphone into an available USB port on your desktop or laptop computer using an USB Type-C cable. The mute button on microphone is also useful. 5 |

When I bought the 2018 Apple Mac mini, my Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad became unreliable to unusable unless plugged into the computer, consuming two ports. After a lot of isolating and testing, I determined the problem was my old USB-3 multipart hub. Replacing that with the Sabrent 10-port USB-3 hub has completely eliminated the problem. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first portable Bluetooth speaker. The voice quality is amazing and soo is the microphone feature on it. I can easily use it with my phone and I like that I can mute the microphone. The volume level goes upto pretty high and the bass is perfect. The buttons are easy to operate and the size is very nice.
