I reviewed this product on April 02,2018 about the issue with draining the battery. With my permission, the manufacturer contacted me and did investigation. It turned out it is the issue with the specific batch. Now the manufacturer has fixed the issue for me. The battery pack is now working like a charm. I bought this in 2018 after I borrowed one during a conference. I love this presenter, the battery lasts forever, it works with my 2011 Macbook Pro via USB and the software enables customization of the device. Logitech heard owners' demands and released a software that does not need to be installed when using a different computer. I am very pleased with it. 5 |

Would still like a camera and more battery life. Perhaps someday the watch band will become smart... Maybe an optional third party watch band with a battery and camera and strap connector acts as contacts to the watch... 5 |

The gimbal, after you balance it, is great. Watch YouTube videos they're a bunch. Just make sure your cameras battery is fully charged when it's time to shoot for real. It's a little bit of a pain to take off gimbal and change battery and then get back to work. Focus work brilliantly and is suprising how well it works. Gh5 users... please make sure the battery is full and the card... if not you have to break it down to access them... not fun. All said, it's great for both business and busy work. I would buy again. 5 |
