2024 Polaris Ranger 1000 Rear View Mirror

The video shakes too much when installed on a Polaris Ranger. Needs to be more solid. 5 |

These radios are amazing. Installed in my Jeep above my rear view mirror and I am stoked about it. It’s small enough to not be in the way but is great for communicating with fellow Jeep’s. I used the ghost antenna so that it didn’t get wiped out by limbs on the trail. I’m thinking of purchasing the 6db antenna to help increase my range. I feel you can’t go wrong with this radio! Will be purchasing another for my sons Jeep. 5 |

It was the right price and the right color. Fit all my gear. Didn't think twice about throwing it in the back of my Polaris Ranger bed while I bombed the hills. Seems to work just fine. 5 |

I purchased two of these antennas, one for my Polaris Ranger, and one for my Polaris RZR. The older whip antenna on my Ranger was all bent from going under low hanging branches while hunting, and needed to be removed to put a cover over the machine. The Ghost Antenna will solve these issues. The antenna will now be even with the plastic roof of the Ranger, but will still have the ground plane from the bracket I built to mount it on. One the RZR, the aluminum roof is slanted at the right angle so the top of the antenna will be even with the highest point of the roof. This will make it less liable to be damaged, and still allow me to put a cover over my machine, without having to remove the antenna. I'll be buying a third Ghost antenna for mounting with the clip on mount for my truck when traveling with friends so we can talk back and forth between our rigs. I move my MXT 275 radio from one of the offroad machines to the truck until we get to our destination. 5 |

my parents got me this monitor for christmas 2023. ive had it since and as of today august 6 2024 i have over 1000 hours on it in total. Its a very solid monitor at a good price. You get what you paid for and im satisfied. The only thing i dont find the best about this monitor is that it doesnt have speakers and i cant hear any sort of audio unless i have headphones on. Which isnt annoying but its what i thought id get. Nonetheless 10/10. 5 |

i have tested this with both a Mac and Windows laptop, and am currently using it with a new 2024 Mac (which only has 2x USB-C ports on the rear). Perfect for plugging in USB memory sticks, an old USB printer, and an external USB HDD for Time Machine backup. Positives - very fast (10Gbps), small and compact, great for travel, no drivers needed, Works with multiple O/S. Negative - Well the only thing i can think of is when its on my desk under the Mac, (with the cable going away from you) the Startech logo is upside down! Very minor point, but this is the only negative i can come up with. Highly recommended product, im very pleased with it. 5 |

In the mid-1980s I bought a Nikon 7.5mm f5.6 circular fisheye. Being an older design (1966) its rear elements protruded into the mirror box. Fortunately my F3 had a hard physical mirror lockup. The external viewfinder for this lens attached to the camera on the original Nikon F/F2’s proprietary flash shoe. I was able to buy an AS-3 flash adapter for the F3. With the F3s mirror locked up I also had to use an hand-held light meter. With amazing depth of foield focusing was never an issue. The old zoom lens had six filters on a wheel. One was a skylight and the other five were strongly colored for B&W film. While I liked the circular results, using the lens was a hassle. I often had my shoes or forehead in the picture. On a sunny day, my images suffered from solar flares. My new Nikon 8-15mm AF-S fisheye has none of those old problems. It fits on my DSLRs without any problem. It doesn’t need an external finder or separate light meter. At the 8mm setting (and lens hood off) I get a circular image very much like the vintage fisheye. The new lens is faster and focusable. Like my 14mm f2.8 Nikkor, this zoom uses gel filters inserted in the rear of the lens. I really don’t like this arrangement. This fisheye is similar in weight and size to the 14mm lens. I am also not fond of the electronic aperture control first seen on G lenses. Without an aperture ring one cannot use this zoom on older cameras. At the longer end of the zoom range (12-15mm) the image fills the (FX) frame and lens hood stays out of the way. This image is similar to my inexpensive Bower (Samyang?) 8mm fisheye with its fixed lens hood (and DX coverage). So far I haven’t used my new lens much but I think I will like it. 5 |

Bought these so my wife and I could both view the 2024 solar eclipse. It was otherworldly! and well worth it for just that use. I hope that the negative reviews of body surface deterioration are wrong. 5 |

These glasses worked out great for the 2024 solar eclipse. Felt safe and could view well! 5 |

I was looking for glasses to view the 2024 eclipse, and many places were sold out, plus I was worried about fake glasses. These glasses from B&H came quickly -- and I was so glad to order from them since I trusted them. We used them for viewing the eclipse and everything was great. We got a few extras in case we lost them or anyone else needed a pair. I definitely recommend them. 5 |
