I bought this bag in November 2017....I liked it so well,we bought one for our son for Christmas,he loves it also......In my bag,I carry my Canon 5D MKIII with canon 24-105 f-4 L attached w/hood,70-200 2.8 IS MKII w/hood,canon 1.4 ef extender,16-35 f4 L IS w/hood ,100 mm f2.8 L IS w/hood & 430 EX II speed light.....Also,I have a tamrac 5 filter pouch w/filters,a tamrac 8 card (SD/CF) card pouch,a 2 battery pouch (DSLR) & a small pouch for my wireless and wired remotes,2 battery chargers,LED headlamp & a small penlight... that's just the main compartment....in the 3 crystal clear interior pouches,I keep manuals,2 dot line AA battery cases for extra flash & flashlight batteries.....cleaning supplies and storm jacket for the camera & lense.....I chose the Anvil 17 over the Anvil 23,only because,between the 17 & 23,the interior dimensions for width & depth were Identical,the length of the Anvil 23 interior was 1.2 inches longer, according to the specs, for me,that wasn't enough of a difference to pay an additional $50 for just over an inch .....Either way you go,I don't think you'll be disappointed....... Typical for Pelican this light is extremely well made and Bright. I already own several other rechargeable units so I switched to a Rechargeable Pelican Battery as soon as I opened it (Through the two included Duracell 123 in my bag). 5 |
