5 GHz connection much better than 2.4 GHz connection! 2K video is also way better the 1080.

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

Very fast connecting the devices and switching between 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz are very smooth.

Setup was easy with the app and coverage is great on 5ghz and 2.4 ghz. My house is only 1,000 square feet though so not sure how it will do in a larger home. Definitely recommend!

Bought a pair of these to replace some 2.4 GHz APs that were started needing to get rebooted every so often due to not allowing tablets or phones to connect, at usually the worst time. Those APs used dipole antennas which helped beam coverage to the patio and backyard. These APs have better coverage than the old APs even at 5 GHz. Theses APs are rock stable and allow phones and tablets to seamlessly hand off to one another as you walk across the property, which my old APs only sometimes did. As when setting up any WiFi use an app on your phone to determine which channels have the least interference on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. I also set them to different channels than each other so they would not interfere with each other. Set your SSIDs to the same for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. I set the bandwidth to 20 MHz for the 2.4 and 40 MHz for the 5 as that seems to be a good trade off of reducing interference and keeping good bandwidth. They offer a lot of performance for the money and are very easy to set up as an AP.

When I got a new router that supports Wi-Fi 6 I discovered both that the 5Ghz wi-fi band is capable of much higher bandwidth than 2.4Ghz and that my computer only supported the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi frequency. So this adapter not only gives my computer the ability to connect via 5Ghz it also supports Wi-Fi 6 so my Wi-Fi connection is now much faster. Zoom sessions are now stable and free of glitches.

The switch from 2.4 ghz to 5.0 is astounding. Our speedtest results instantly improved from an average of 40 mbps to 190 mbps. Two weeks later I am still astonished at how quickly pages load. Setup was a breeze using the Comcast website. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.

I was using the older Ubiquiti access point that was only on 2.4GHz and I had lots of trouble in my apartment with the wifi. Now with the 5GHz and the ac, everything works very reliably and fast. Even Chromecast 2.0 is zippy and works like it should. I'm very happy with this product. But if you don't know computers very well, you'll find this hard to set up. It's a prosumer product and emphasizes capability over ease.
