24 Half Time Built In Convection Microwave Oven

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

I like that they are eco friendly and can be refreshed in the microwave. I had another brand that requires oven use, which is impractical living in an RV. This is the best solution. Bag is sturdy, is flexible to fit into spaces of bags, boxes.

Inexpensive, reasonably well built, requires no batteries. Half press to focus, full to trigger shutter with no perceptible lag. Locks for time exposures. Weighs virtually nothing, takes up little space in the camera bag. An essential for tripod photography.

This Speed Ring is well built. I'm using it on my Elinchrom lights with a Photoflex Half Dome. There's absolutely nothing 'wrong' with this Speed Ring. That said, like most softboxes getting the rods into it the first time or two will cause you to perspire slightly. Second issue (probably more about the monolight than the ring) is that getting it secured in my Elinchrom's is a bit of an art. There isn't an easy way to get this done unfortunately.

Arri has big competition with this lamp, the only lamp out there really competing with the Skypanel S60. Half the weight, built in power supply and well positioned LCD panel makes an improvement over the S60. Although it is spottier than the standard skypanel diffusion.

It's better than the rest, built well, solid and smart construction with the toggle switches in the front for Normal, Half-Normal and Thru. Innovative design making my life easier.

I purchased two of these units and love them both. They are built like tanks and I particularly love that the Normal, Half-Normal, and Thru switches are on the front of the units: it makes it so convenient to switch modes on the fly. This is my second purchase. This time as a gift for my friend. Half Frame Camera is so fun to use. But be careful with your images due this is fix aperture and shutter camera (f.9 and 1/100 shutter)

Standing design is only good for a cheap case (convection), bad for stability. I destroyed one of these by tipping it from standing to laying flat accidentally, while in use. How fragile is that? I managed to get a replacement after shipping it to WD operations in Vietnam (register it on the WD support website with your receipt and request RMA). If you will be carrying this drive around or it won't be in a place that it can't get knocked down flat, do yourself a favour and buy a vertical enclosure instead of the standing one.
