The Belkin USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter 100W has been a huge game changer when it comes to my Teams meetings/video calls. In the past, I was missing out on critical information because of the internet lag, and calls were being dropping due to my internet's speed. With the Belkin USB-C to Ethernet + Charge Adapter 100W plug-and-play adapter, I no longer have a lag or have to worry with those calls dropping off. The adapter keeps my computer charged and my connection completely sound while I'm hardwired. So far, I'm pleased that the adapter hasn't overheated and has stayed cool to touch. This switch does exactly what it is made for - PoE+/PoE++ and 2.5 Gig switching. My desktop and my NAS are both 2.5 Gbps-capable so I got them connected via this bad boy. It's running smoothly and without issue!

I replaced a previous VAVA adapter because it was dropping the ethernet connection. This one does not have that issue. It has one less USB connection, but that is not an issue for me.
