2560 X 1080 Gaming Monitor

Went from an LG monitor that was also ultrawide(no dead pixels). 2560 by 1080. It was a very good monitor. I bought it here. This one however blows it away. No dead pixels. Installed and it immediately was at the correct resolution in the NVIDIA control panel at 144 hz. Shows 10 bit panel and automatically set G SYNC. The colors in both movies and gaming are vibrant, just beautiful. There is no light bleed. This is the one to buy if are looking for a monitor and you can afford it. Check the online reviews. They are all positive. Not sure what else to say except, thank you Acer, and thank you B&H. 5 |

I moved up from an ASUS 27in 1080 Monitor to this LG 32 QHD monitor with the adjustable stand. I like to watch movies and sports as well as do photographs. This does a good job on all that I want to do. I am using the display port with a Video card on a Dell XPS Desktop. Stand takes much less room on this monitor than the ASUS. Adjustments much easier also. So far love everything about this monitor. 5 |

My gaming PC with GTX 1080 kept crashing during gaming and I believed it had to do with the cheap PSU I had. After some research I decided on this SeaSonic unit since it is a brand many enthusiasts recommend, and it was having a $30 rebate at the time of my purchase. I was impressed with the packaging by SeaSonic, and I like that it is fully modular. The most important thing is that after replacing my PSU with this new unit, my PC has been running rock solid so far even after hours of gaming. I have not experience a single crash yet. Also it comes with 12 yrs of warranty which gives me a peace of mind. 5 |

Now that Avid MC 6.0 works with the Kona LHi card, I needed a converter that would take a 1080 23.98psf signal from Avid (Avid doesn't actually output 1080 23.98p) via SDI and force convert it to 23.98p so that I could use it with an HDMI monitor. The HDMI spec doesn't include 23.98psf which is a bit of a gotcha - I couldn't figure out why the HDMI direct out of the Kona LHi wouldn't work on my monitor with Avid, while it did with FCP7. If you don't need custom LUTs in your HDMI converter, this is a great choice for the money. It worked out of the box, and solved my problem. 5 |

Someone reviewed this monitor saying the Q24 does not display 4K but instead down-samples to 1080, that is not true. Perhaps their camera's output was not set properly to UHD. I have tested this monitor with Arri and Sony cameras, with both SDI and HDMI. There is a very clear noticeable difference between a 4K signal and a 1080 signal. I shot resolution charts that confirm the monitor is in fact displaying full 3840x2160 resolution. 5 |

Bought this cable to use my 1080 HDMIout monitor on a graphics card that has multiple display port inputs. Cable works flawlessly, as expected. 5 |

This monitor is noticeably sharper, brighter and lighter than my earlier edition Lilliput monitor and my older 5 and 7inch field monitors of other brands at similar price points, when used for a 1080 input. The 4k input looks good in my studio also but i have not used it in the field yet as my first field use of it was all 1080 shooting. The HDMI In and Out is very handy,( I fed hdmi into the monitor from the camera, then back to the video mixer for a live stream) as is the top 1/4-20 extra mount. Also, it has the ability to flip the image for use in ipad-sized low cost teleprompters! Highly recommended! 5 |
