If you have an Android smartphone, you probably use a micro-B plug to charge it. With this adapter, you can take a USB drive (thumb drive) and plug into this adapter and then into the phone. Now you can copy all those pictures from your phone onto the USB drive. I hope this helps!

The Sandisk Dual USB 3.0 / micro-USB Flash Drive is a convenient way to store files that are to be used between PCs and Android devices.  Not having to connect a cable between the PC and the Android device is a plus.  Just plug in the flash drive to move or access the file directly from the PC or device. I bought the 256gb USB 3.0 and love using it as my everyday carry USB drive. I have no complaints at all! I will most likely buy 3-4 more of these in the near future.

I got the Kingston D500S 256GB Ironkey USB drive to back up my critical files, and this is by far the best encrypted drive on the market! I use both Mac and Windows, and I love how the software is built into this USB drive so I don't have to install extra apps, etc.
