M27Q is an excellent monitor for gaming with an exceptional response time with a higher refresh rate to deliver incredibly smooth and responsive gameplay. Overall, I am quite immersive with its performance and great gaming experience.

Incredible graphics and response time.This monitor can handle anything you throw at it gaming or photo/video editing. It is also nice that it is future proof with 2.1 display port.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 29" curved monitor first and it was starting to do things monitors do when they have had enough of life, so I went shopping for a new one. First I tried an LG Ultrawide flat but ended up donating it to my husband for gaming as I really missed the curve and the ease of peripheral vision in gaming. Then I started working from home, and while most of my colleages have 2 or 3 monitors scattered around their workspace, I have 1, simplifying my life. It's kinda big, I don't recommend it for just any space, I affectionately refer to it as my surfboard, but it's a great monitor and I'm glad I went for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor was an upgrade to my old 144Hz monitor that didn’t have G-Sync. This monitor is it! I noticed a huge difference when playing games like Quake Champions and Devil May Cry. I maxed out the graphics settings and still noticed a huge difference in gameplay. You’ll want to make sure you go thru the monitor’s main menu and set the response time to maximum if that’s important to you, the default is medium. The picture looks great and consistent. My only complaint is the lack of sRGB color reproduction specification, but I can get over this since I’m looking for fast response and consistency for fast-paced gaming. I was really surprised by the overall quality of the included mounting hardware. It can accommodate a desktop thickness up to 2.5”. The clamp has soft rubber on both sides, so I wasn’t worried about scratching my desk. The kit comes with everything to mount to any VESA mount as well so that was a nice touch. The mount is sturdy and fully adjustable in any way anyone could ever want it. Hyper X does a good job of making it easy to add additional monitors in the future, which I’m seriously considering at this point. The extra desk space was an unexpected and welcome upgrade as well. I would recommend this to anyone who values high refresh rates, very fast response times, and considering a multi-monitor setup for gaming.

Wow! What response. Ordered a D850 and 24-70mm F/2.8 on 12/29/2019 and received it in Snowville, VA on 1/1/2020. Order was packaged properly for this expensive equipment, was informed of the shipping status, and I even had some daylight to try it out. It was everything I was expecting now if I can live up to the capabilities of the camera I'll be in high cotton.
