29 Inch Ultra Wide Gaming Monitor

I am using this for my 29 lg ultra wide monitor. Very stable monitor has no shake when i bump my desk

The monitor came nicely packaged with the essential cables to connect this beast of a monitor to my high end Rig. After setting up the monitor and turning it on for the first time, I had to step back as my smile grew as wide as the monitor figuratively speaking. I couldn’t wait but fired up a game of GTA and was amazed how much more I can see within the game. The 240 Hz just made it so buttery smooth playing on this 49inch UltraGear Monitor. As nice as the monitor is for gaming, I also love how much screen real estate I have now. I can multitask like never before with Adobe Photoshop, browsing the internet, Word and so much more. On my old monitor I would have to move apps around in order to adjust for productivity. Now that’s in the past thanks to this extremely Ultra-Wide monitor. I am glad I made this purchase to help utilize it best for multitasking, recreational and so much more.

Great replacement for my old ultra-wide monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 29" curved monitor first and it was starting to do things monitors do when they have had enough of life, so I went shopping for a new one. First I tried an LG Ultrawide flat but ended up donating it to my husband for gaming as I really missed the curve and the ease of peripheral vision in gaming. Then I started working from home, and while most of my colleages have 2 or 3 monitors scattered around their workspace, I have 1, simplifying my life. It's kinda big, I don't recommend it for just any space, I affectionately refer to it as my surfboard, but it's a great monitor and I'm glad I went for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. Holds a heavy, ultra-wide, curved monitor very well.

1440p goodness on a ultra wide monitor with almost ultra high quality!

From 3 27 inch monitors to one Ultra wide 40 inch and a vertical LG 27 inch. The amount of screen space takes a little getting used to. From 2560x1440 to 5120x2160 is a big taking getting used to, but the amount of work and play screen space is incomparable. Although the letters and menus are a bit smaller, bringing up the screen to 25 inch from the eyes surely manages the problem. Bought my Mac Studio and this LG ultra wide from B&H, rapid, secure, transfer of hardware, no weeks waiting for it like other sites. Will be buying again!!!!

This is exactly what I wanted. 1440 ultra wide gaming for a great price. Pro: I like the fact that the base doesn't invade on my desk very far, like the 49 super ultra wide samsung does. Con: The internal speakers are fairly quiet. (But I didn't get it for the speakers)
