2Tb Seagate Game Drive For Xbox

I purchased this hard drive to replace a 2TB Seagate Barracuda drive, which was working well but becoming filled with my photos. After copying all the files over, the new 4TB drive works well too. I installed it in my PC as a regular drive, not in some form of backup configuration as mentioned in the description. I purchased this particular unit because it has a very MTBF (mean time between failure) score. The only negative is I can hear the heads clicking as they change position, but the sound is not loud enough to bother me.

At first I was skeptical with the dimensions that my Seagate 2TB External Hard Drive would fit into this case. I called the store and the gentleman assured me it would. So, I got it. This case provides the protection I need to carry my External Hard Drive from one location to another and with the hard-shell design, I can have confidence that my external hard drive will function when I plug it in to my laptop.

I bought the Seagate 2tb plus slim external hard drive and this case fit it perfectly. Also, it has a little pouch to keeps my usb wire. Its small enough so that I don’t have to carry around anything bulky with me but big enough to fit some other accessories I might need when I carry around my external hard drive. I love the color and it fits of course in my bag without taking up much room and also fits in the inside of my jacket. I really like how quickly it was delivered and packaged safely. All around a great buy. Recommend it to anyone needed to protect their hard drive.

The Seagate 2TB Backup Plus Slim external hard drive is small and convenient to carry. Also, it holds a lot of data for its small size. In the two months I've owned it, it has worked perfectly.

This is the 20th 2TB drive I've purchased from Seagate and it performs just as well as every other Seagate drive I have. It's easy to install, easy to format and displays zero failed areas after an extensive diagnostic scan. I absolutely recommend Seagate Hard Disk Drives.

I connect the Passport 2TB via a USB3.0 Hub to one of the ports on my laptop. I backup the laptop internal drive and a Seagate 0.5T external drive connected to a USB2.0 Hub on my other laptop port using the WD Smartware that came with the Passport. I had some flakiness caused by USB connected devices that seems to have been resolved by updating the drivers on the USB hubs and the Seagate. So, as far as I can tell, no problems have been caused by the Passport.

I purchased this drive to replace two 2tb seagate firecuda drives and obtain some central storage capacity for my desktop. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this NAS drive was faster than both firecuda drives and it provided me the storage I needed. Installation was essentially plug and play and transferring existing files went smoothly. The price was excellent and as always B&H sets the standard for customer service.

I have used it as an external drive from my Xbox, Playstation and several other things. It has tons of space so I can download more games. WD Blue 2TB (WD20EZBX) is a fast drive. 7200RPM, 256MB cache, you can easily get 200+ MBps read speeds. Fast enough to be a game drive (not as fast as an ssd but your only waiting 15 to 20 seconds at most for a game to load) It is a SMR drive however, so writing does suffer a bit there. Although if your focus on read applications (like gaming), this is a totally usable drive. As i told a family member this is a undercover WD Black HDD.
