I purchased this adapter to provide an unlimited power source for my Canon R5 using an Anker PowerCore Elite III battery and charger. Prior to using the adapter in my camera, I first plugged the battery in separately and verified that the output voltage was correct. I found the unloaded output voltage delivered to the camera is 8.47 volts which is slightly higher than the Canon battery voltage of 8.05 volts. When placed into the Camera, I found that my R5 functioned properly with no apparent loss of functionality. I'm now performing a long-term test external to the camera before putting it into normal service. 5 |

I use this battery IDX 9600mAh 70Wh for my Panasonic HCX1, so far it has performed flawlessly and is a wonderful alternative to the panasonic batteries because IDX is a top notch professional level reliable battery manufacturer. It comes in at a much more affordable level and includes a USB port so you can charge or power USB devices, and an X-Tap for powering devices that need 8 Volts or less (not to be confused with B-tap, which is 12+ Volts output). The fact these are integrated into the battery package is great. And I get almost double the run time out of it vs. the 5900mAh battery that comes with the camera. I highly recommend it and will likely purchase another one. Oh and it works fine on the included panasonic charger...though be sure to allow enough time to charge cause the chargers really take about real time to charge the batteries. Meaning if the battery will run the camera about 3.5 hours, then it takes about that time to charge it... 5 |

I wanted an alternative way to power my Sound Devices 633 recorder, without having to use my huge Cine VCLX battery, or Ac power adapter, to get 12-14 volts. I use Sony BP-u batteries on my camera, and they are 14 volts, so it seemed like a logical choice. I bought this Dolgin EX-V, and connected to a Hirose 4 pin to XLR cable, and plugged it into my 633, using a Sony BP-u60 battery. It works! So now, I have an additional 14V power source! 5 |

I bought this product as replacement battery for a crazy, spiked knuckle, 950,000 volts stun gun for my daughter to carry while walking at night. I feel very confident in her safety using this battery in this application. 5 |

I have two of these chargers. They are well built and powerful. However, that power comes with a string attached - if you want to rapidly charge a Mavic 3 battery the input voltage has to be greater than produced by a typical full charged 12 volt battery. DJI tells us this - stating that we should use the charger only with the car running. However, the specifications state that the input voltage needs to be 12.7 - 16 volts DC. Which led me to assume the 540 amp hour 12 volt battery bank in our expedition truck, which delivers 12.8 - 12.9 volts when fully charged would be sufficient. That is not the case - I need to have somewhere between 13.1 and 14,1 volts minimum (closer to 14.1 I suspect) for the rapid charger to work with an Mavic 3 battery. I can work with that as long as I charge during the day with solar input raising the voltage of the battery bank or when the truck's engine is running. This charger will work fine charging a Mavic Mini 2 battery bank with the supply at 12.8 (perhaps lower as well - I've not tried that). It might also charge the Mavic 3 battery via the USB 2 - USB 3 outlet but at 10 watts I'd presume that would considerably slower than the 65 watts possible with USB 3 - USB 3 outlet. I have not tried my car chargers with large portable power banks like those from Goal Zero or Jackery. I suspect the same restraints would apply - rapid USB 3 to USB 3 of a Mavic 3 battery will require solar or other supplemental input. Again - not a problem if you plan for that. I've given the charger 5 stars because it is great and works well as long as one respects the design parameters. 5 |

This is the second one that I have purchased. I want a set of battery charger in my camper van that can run directly from 12 volts. (My other one stays at home) 5 |

Make any NP-F battery devove turn into a much longer way to power it long. Caution should be taken as not all devices support 16.6 Volts, ESPECIALLY CAMCORDERS and small lights, with one exception such as the genaray TrailBlazer, a NPF battery based light that accepts voltages from 7.4 to 18 Volts! So that's not a problem since the unregulated voltage that leaves this adapter is a maximum of 16.5V, being the same voltage that usually outputs from the main connectors or D-Tap ports. That means, that you can install a FULL SIZE 200 WATT-HOUR V-Mount battery on that and it will be powered until next century at 100%. Read the manual of the device you're using this on, make sure it supports 16.6 volts and more. I'm all about convenience and ways to hack powering things, and this product is one heck of a very cool and needed adapter! [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review] 5 |

I bought this because I purchased a flashlight that will operate on either a AA battery (1.5 volts) or a 14500 battery (3.7 volts) and this battery works very well in this application. It fit in the flashlight just fine and it holds a good charge for a long time. I have only charged it up 2 times since I got it but I am very pleased and I will by again. 5 |
