3 Women Playing String Instruments

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments. The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections. Versatile and great sound quality. 5 |

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it! 5 |

If you are a musician and you are tired of playing on dark stages where the women can't even see you, then I would suggest buying some of these mini-pars. They are individually dimmable (you do not need a lightboard controller) they give you a wide variety of colors and you won't have to take out a bank loan to own them. Programming is a snap. Just plug 'em in, and you are lit up ready to go. And the women will be throwing themselves at you !! 5 |
8-String Fred | 2024-06-06 06:34:24 |
I'm a jazz guitarist playing an 8-string classical guitar that goes higher and lower than a regular guitar. It has a K & K pickup and I my amp is a JBL EON powered speaker, which, for this instrument sounds better than any jazz guitar amp. I have used the Zoom A-3 preamp as well as an L.R. Baggs Venue DI. They are both very good but I'd say the Grace Alix is the best I've found. It has great features you can read about but I must say that the sound of my guitar with the EQ set flat is strong, clear and simply amazing! It's very well thought out. Worth the price. 5 |

Whether you're looking to record yourself playing instruments, singing, or podcasts, the Yeti offers the best bang-for-your-buck when it comes to USB microphones. Using the microphone couldn't be more simple; just plug in the USB cable, open recording software of your choice, and in minutes you'll be recording some surprisingly clear and crisp audio. On the topic of audio quality, one must mention the top-notch audio recording capabilities of the microphone. The Yeti uses a three-capsule design which allow for a wide array of recording patterns. The audio comes out well-balanced, picks up bass well, and produces most frequencies with excellent clarity. With that said, do not expect it to be able to record CD quality audio, but for a USB mic, it sure has just about every other beat. The only con I can really think of is the Yeti's size, which might make it difficult to transport. With that said, the Yeti is very well built and features a rugged metal body and stand. 5 |

I like wind instruments. This is that and so much more. Nice features make playing sound like the real thing. Tried it all but haven't used it as a midi controller yet 5 |

I switched to playing software instruments by midi at live music events but this is also perfect hot a DJ. I didn't need a full USB audio interface because I am not recording live audio. The box just takes digital audio via USB from my laptop, converts it to analog and sends it by ground lifted balanced outs to the PA. No noise, superb low latency with Ableton running NI plugins from a core2 duo MacBook. 5 |

Women out there - have you noticed there's no such thing as a photo vest for us? Here's one that's proportioned for women (even though it is a man's vest). I'm a landscape photographer who shoots 4x5 film and this vest can hold three film holders in a series of stacked pockets. The cotton fabric is washable and may be treated with permethrin to repel ticks and mosquitos. The vest is also rather stylish. 5 |
