30M Ethernet Cat6 Network Cable

I wrapped a 250ft Outdoor POE CAT6 Network Cable on this reel and it really works well. Not the most durable reel I have ever used but for a network cable it's just what I needed. 5 |

It was my first time running network cable through my house. This cable is tough and easy to snake through walls and crawlspaces. It's very durable and we didn't have any trouble with snags in the box or anything. The twists in the bundle are easy to create network connections for either A or B modes. I never terminated cat6 cables in my life and I was able to untwist and terminate b mode ends with no issues. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to create or upgrade a network that needs cat6. 5 |

I'm using this cable to upgrade my CAT5E to all CAT6. I do notice an increase in my network speeds. The cable is thicker than CAT5E so it takes a little bit to get the ends on. 5 |

I purchased the two-pack Actiontec Bonded MoCA Network Adapters after reading about them online. They are extremely simple to install. All you do is connect one to your tv cable and plug in you ethernet source and you're ready to go. You must have at least two adapters to complete the network. I installed the second one in our living room. This time I just connected the tv cable to the adapter and it was the ethernet source for my streaming devices. I was so satisfied with these adapters, I purchased the wi-fi extender with which I am equally pleased. I've gotten over 100 Mps with this wi-fi extender - unbelievable!! If you need a hard wire ethernet in your house, this is the simplest way to get one - using your existing cable tv lines. I decided to cut the cord on cable tv because my bill went up nearly $20 per month with no change in service. With this device, I am able to run OTA TV and streaming devices over my home tv cables and it's like magic. I definitely recommend this produce to anyone interested in a MoCA network. 5 |

This is the way to go if you want to expand the bandwidth of your home network without running ethernet cable, and IMO is far superior to powerline adapters. They are truly plug and play, and require no setup at all once correctly connected to your router. My home was built with coax running to each room. I bought the 2 pack of these adapters to get more bandwidth for media streaming to my TV, and I am getting close to the advertised gigabit speeds. Just make sure you also buy a MOCA POE filter or else your data will travel out of your house into the cable network ... they are cheap so buy one and save yourself the headache. Also, these are not compatible with satellite TV .. only cable. 5 |

Nice equipment working great for internet service through both wifi and ethernet cable. Its slim design takes small space but covers the whole house both upstairs and downstairs (over 2000 sqf). The app allows to set up the network including a separate guest network and password easily. 5 |

Simple to set up with a wireless network and plugging an ethernet cable into the printer. Produces nice photos and copies. We use it for everyday use, not high detail work. Do buy extra ink because the starters don't last long, 5 |

I'm using this with my Macbook Air that only has USB-C ports and no ethernet port. This adapter worked right out of the box to give me an ethernet connection. Just plugged the ethernet cable in to the adapter, connected the adapter to the CPU's USB-C port, and my computer connected to my work network flawlessly. The wifi at my work is not great, so this adapter is giving me a fast network connection now through ethernet. I did a speed test and I'm getting approximately 500mbps upload/download speeds with this adapter, which is fantastic. I also appreciate that the adapter has LED indicators. One light shows there is a connection (green). The middle light shows there is power (White/blue). And the 3rd light blinks orange to show there is activity. Having these lights could come in handy if I need to trouble shoot, which is very helpful. The build quality is also really good. This feels like it will last a long time. The cable seems sturdy and the ethernet cable plugs in securely into the adapter's port. Overall, I'm happy with this adapter and it is working very well. This is the cheapest SFP+ switch (but reliable) I could find for my homelab. Many others are more expensive. After reading reviews on the Mikrotik SFP+ options I decided to stay with Unifi since I already had many Ubiquiti Ethernet switches and a controller in place. I am also connecting this to a Unifi 24-port via 1-Gb SFP as a link and connecting to my core switch via 10GbE over CAT6. Core switch is an FS.COM unit with a 10GbE Ethernet transceiver. No issues negotiating to 10GbE. The CAT6 cable run is probably under 50 feet. I am also using old Finisar transceivers without issue, but have not tried DAC cables yet. However, if you do not have a Unifi Controller in place perhaps wait for the new QNAP managed combo switches coming out. It will be a lot simpler. Or you can get the more expensive EdgeSwitch ES-16-XG. 5 |
