31.5 In Computer Screen Monitor

The large 31.5-inch screen and curved design truly immerse me in my games, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Waited (and waited) for a new 27” iMac to replace my ancient one but Apple keeps forcing us into 21”. Too small. Bit the bullet and got the M2 Studio Max (HIGHLY recommended). Researched monitors and Apple’s studio display was just WAY too expensive with everything an additional fee (stand, tilt, matte screen). BenQ fit my needs perfectly- a mix of photo, video and print work (Affinity apps and DaVinci Resolve 18). Though already 4 years into its product cycle (2019) this monitor promises to see me through many years to come. I was worried that 32” (31.5”) would be too large- it’s not. Pros: - Handsome, sturdy base, easily adjustable to any height/angle - Matte screen! - No huge power block (power source built in) - HotKey puck brilliant solution to switch between color modes, etc. - All the inputs I need (Thunderbolt 3) (even more easily accessed on the right side) - Color calibrated from factory- which I find to be spot on - Easy, easy assembly (nicely packaged) - Mentioned before, EASY to switch between modes - Screen rotates to portrait, poster work occasionally, nice to have Cons (not really, but things to consider): - Not the brightest option - Not 5k - 4 years into its production cycle Conclusion: A beautiful, sturdy and versatile 31.5” monitor that serves my needs perfectly switching from video to print with ease. I am loving my Dell UltraSharp 31.5 4K HDR Monitor. I calibrated the monitor just before working on images for a competition. Love the colors and the clarity.

The Dell UltraSharp 31.5 4K HDR Monitor is a reliable and ultra-sharp monitor that covers all needs for a demanding office and gaming environment.

To take full advantage of 4K requires a large screen. This 31.5” screen greatly expands the available screen space has improved my productivity and eye comfort. I also own a 27” 4K screen and this screen is a vast improvement over 27”. I have connected this monitor to PC and Mac on HDMI and Display port successfully. Yes, all the display cables are included. Colors are vibrant through wide range of viewing angles. One thing yo note is the speaker volume is not very loud. Since the focus of this product is the screen it is not a big issue. Highly recommended for its quality and value!

The Dell Ultrasharp 31.5 monitor is a very nice monitor for editing photos. I calibrated it with i1Profiler and it required very little changes to the settings as it came out of the box. I'm happy with the monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the 31.5" Y32p-30 monitor for gaming, but it delivers excellent, high quality, easily readable images of three documents at once--exactly what I need it to do. The internal speakers sound great and are sufficient for my needs The ports for my (wired) mouse and keyboard are handy, keeping my desktop neat.

I use a laptop, docking station, and two monitors. The Dell UltraSharp 31.5 is a good monitor for editing photos. The display has sharp images on a large screen.

This is 31.5 4k goodness. The display is sharp and rich. I DO NOT see any bad pixels or backlight bleeding. I edit photographs and video with this monitor and it works very well for me. Others have mentioned short cords for other LG models. Not so with this one. All is good. Just an FYI... the monitor is not like pictured on B&H. The base is solid square shape and it has more I/O ports than shown. The only things I don't like is the menu button and how it operates and the users manual is on CD. No big deal.

My 2 Dell 23 monitors were on the fritz, so I went with this 32 (well, 31.5) Samsung monitor. It's a GREAT upgrade for my usage style. I'm not much of a gamer, but I think this would still be a good relatively inexpensive monitor to play most games outside of the top tier game titles.
