Very good overall microphone. It's being used for video capture audio from an Xbox. Overall price was great. Shipping was fast. No problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well designed microphone that works great for my Xbox. The sound quality is excellent and it seems durable. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

This adapter works just as well as the SC4 in connecting a microphone to a smartphone...one only needs a 3.5mm male-female cable. I use it with my iPhone and a Zoom H4N Pro as the microphone.

I have no complaints about this stereo mini 3.5mm cable. It sounds great and seems to be built well.

I have a multi camera set up where I record audio to my QSC TOUCHMIX 16. I was using a Hosa Technology Stereo Mini (3.5mm) Male to 2 Mono 1/4 Male Insert Y-Cable or sometimes a 3.5mm Mini Male TRS to XLR Male Cable and I always got a slight buzz from my MacBook Pro... This noise showed up under vocals and was worse during silent moments.. The Peavey USB-P Is silent while I am testing now. Tomorrow I have a big Memorial Day ZOOM conference. I will let you know hoe it stands up when it is in use with a sound system, lights and video attached...

This is a great microphone. It does not require an audio interface. Simply plug it to your computer through USB and there you go! It also has an option for monitoring with zero latency. The default microphone sound level is too quite for my listeners. So, I use peace + equalizer combo software to adjust its dB output level (+18dB). I compared to my Rode Mini USB condenser microphone. Q2U had a more natural sounding and rich audio. Rode mini USB sounded little dull (or muffled). However, Q2U has much more ambient noise which requires more editing time at post production. As a teacher, I do not have extra time for that. So, I prefer Rode mini USB for my lecture recordings and I may use Q2U for broadcasting where recording is not a priority. Finally, this info can be useful to some: Q2U doesn't work with Notability on iPad Pro (3rd Gen), Rode Mini USB does.

This cable works fine to connect CAD GXL1800 condenser microphone to a 3.5mm audio input jack on an ATEM Mini Pro. Both channels of the ATEM are driven, levels are fine, and the ATEM supplies phantom power to the microphone.

The 10' feet of additional cable to connect my Rode boom microphone to my 3.5mm microphone was the right purchase. It allows me to be further back from my subject without losing any audio quality.
