I had to hook a headset (mic and headphones) to a Griffin iMic. The headset has a 4-pin/TRRS 3.5mm plug; the iMic has two jacks, a mic input and headphone outputs; both are 3.5mm 3-pin/TRS. This is the cord that converts it. It works. It's sturdy. I don't think about it. It's surprisingly hard to find these things, so I'm glad B&H stocks them.

definitely helps to improve the sound cuality of my iPhone 6s plus. I really recommend this mic. but have in mind since everyone Is removing the headphone jack on the phones , its not going to serve in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Belkin 3.5 mm audio and charge adapter for iPhone and iPad is a great backup solution when I am not using a Bluetooth connection. I can use the 3.5 mm connection and charge my iPhone at the same time.

I use this to connect my iphone to systems that support the 3.5 mm stereo connector such as my auto sound system. It works great. I got the 5 foot length to give me a liitle more flexibility of placement.

I bought this to be able to charge my new iPhone as well as play music in my older sedan that only had 3.5mm connection to radio. This was a improved audio connection than the 3.5mm to lightning adaptor that comes with the phone.
