35Mm Filming Cameras

This lens is great for filming. The manual focus ring is a must if you use a follow focus. If you want a lens for photography, you should go with the Canon 35mm that has a automatic focus. But if you don't need it, you'll save a lot of money if you go with the Rokinon.

Yes these memory cards are pricey... but when you're filming lots of 4K content with two cameras and need lots of storage these cards are great. I have used V60 cards for 4K and although they work, every once in a while it seems they can't handle the writing speed. These Angelbird give me the extra piece of mind on set.

I use it with my 35mm and medium format cameras. Easy and simple to use. Very sturdy.

I shoot Portra 400 almost exclusively for color. I use it in my 35mm and my 120mm cameras.

Not using for stereo capabilities but rather two cameras, filming marching band focused on different parts of the field. Had previously used different set ups - multiple tripods, go pro attached to single tripod, etc. Although I only used for final show of the year, it performed as hoped and look forward to using next year. No surprises with anything, mounted quickly and fit the equipment as indicated in the specifications, and best of all, quite inexpensive considering the function and the alternatives. Did generate some comments from others in the football stands about how much equipment I was using.

This thing is money, I was filming a graduation and I clamped cameras around that were tied into a atem. This thing combined with a graphite tripod extension and a ball head made for the perfect no obstructing camera mount. The are super solid as a bag pipe smashed into in on exit down steps and it held tight with two cameras hanging from it. Clamps are awesome to just though into bag

I am a railfan and all of my filming is done outside. I upgraded through several cameras until I got the Canon HF S200 and found that while it has stereo microphones, they are really sensitive and pickup lots of wind noise. After buying a good solid tripod, this microphone has been my best purchase yet. I've not had any video where the microphone and windmuff haven't saved the sound.
