3D Laser Projectors 8K

It took some figuring out but I finally got the foam arranged to accomodate and pad 2 8k projectors with mounts, cables, and remote. Everything fits securely and nicely. Now I can haul my projection set up on the train and subway instead of driving around a card board box.

Optoma produce excellent projectors. This model, the HD33,which includes 3D feature is amazing for the price. Do not hesitate.Blurays look great. If you have a projector already, upgrade to 3D and if you are new to Home theater projectors start with this one. Obtain DLP link glasses which are now reasonably priced and project onto a screen or a wall and be impressed.

After reading the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Canon EOS Utility was better than I imagined. Beyond the 90 days you still can create for free any 2 minute videos without having to purchase the subcription. And, although many of the reviews said the utility didn't work with Raw pictures, it does work with Raw 8K videos. There are Raw adjustments like sharpening and noise reduction as well as applying the correct Lut for Clog3 for each video. The lens is very sharp and the Parallax adjustment straightened up the curves very nicely. There is also an horizontal correction. The lens is not heavy and easy to use. Although the still pictures use Jpeg for the utility, the camera does take the Raw image also. There is no IS so using a tripod or a very steady hand works best. If I want a Raw image to project to 3D I just take a 1 second video at 8K Raw and the utility will create a short adjusted video/image that can be uploaded to my phone or to any Web based video streaming service. Since your phone can loop the video you can either use a side-by-side 180-3D-vr projection or using software like adobe premiere pro or other software like VideoSolo converter to make a Red/Blue 3D projection. To get the sharpest 3D videos always use the higher resolution like 8K when capturing with your R5. You can use Google's Cardboard 3D viewers or other cell phone adapters to view the side by side or just use the 3D glasses if you convert the video to Red/Blue.

I did my homework before settling on this projector. I was looking at 3 price points. Low ($1200), Mid ($3000), High ($6000). For the High I wanted the Sony entry laser projectors (but I think this one is even better than the entry laser projector from what I read in professional reviews). This project was at the high end of the Mids but after reading many reviews from AV professionals, when they say that this is their favorite projector and another said that the picture is almost as good as the Sony $40K laser projectors I had to try it out. And it does not disappoint. Everything that you think and expect in a great image, it has. I run at a medium bulb power and it looks awesome (in a dark room). Just read the pro reviews and you will settle on this one for the price point. I was not a fan of pixel shifting or DLP but this projector won me over.

This is the best bang for the buck laser projector on the market. After using lamp projectors in my home theater room I’m very impressed with the cinema experience of this laser projector. Great blacks and plenty of settings to customize it to your room. I was tired of lamp degradation and tired of lamp replacement. No more slowly dimming movies. I can set the brightness to my favorite setting and enjoy it for years.

I've been using projectors for years now and it's incredible how far the technology has come. I found this very neat laser projector and it works great. I can project a 150 inch screen from almost up against the wall and the image quality is great. I'm not going to lie, the picture is slightly dim on very bright days (I have a very sunny living room), but not enough to bother me. I use my FireStick to watch my shows and it's super easy.

bought two of these cases to fill with Optoma Projectors. The projectors fit great after removing the pull-out foam. Anyone with professional gear that needs to travel must have some of these cases.
