This printer has been around a year or so and the firmware updates are great and simple to preform. It is a solid(resin) preformer. Got it on sale and I do not see a better printer for the money. Uses open source software so you are not locked into any eco system. Any issues some have had in the past are fixed with the firmware updates. Mechanicaly sound and quiet. The wifi is a great addition; no usb sticks or cable needed.

My original broke in an area difficult to repair with superglue or epoxy. So, I ordered this replacement. It's identical and allows my QuikBox to become fully functional again!

Awesome quality, never jams - provides high clarity with rich color reproduction with no glare. We use this to mount to gatorfoam for amazing full color displays. Also use for graphics under clear epoxy pours on tables, bar tops etc. no need to seal it, epoxy does not penetrate this paper and graphics stay in place. We use for murals and elevators as well. This was my first 3D printer! It was an easy setup. It took me less than 45min to build plus the set up time. It’s also user friendly! I would highly recommend this as a first or additional printer!

This is my second 3d printer. It is a fabulous printer the build size is limiting. The performance and print quality are spectacular. Very quiet also.

This case is serious and held a Printrbot PLAY 3d printer, a 3DS 3d scanner, PLA spools and tools perfectly. Only reason I didn't pack the computer in there as well is that the PC was too wide. This case traveled through many flights within Peru and the sensitive 3d printing equipment remained intact and aligned. The grey color is awesome. At about $130 it was a great deal. Looks like luggage, performs like a titanium safe! The pinch and pluck foam worked really well and the inside of the case looks like it was custom made for my printer. It was very comfortable to roll around airports and streets. The handle extended to a nice height. I did not have to crouch.

I purchased 3 of the Dremel's 3D Digilab 3D45 Printers for our high school's Technology and Engineering Department. We are very happy with the purchase. The printers were simple to set up and the products it makes are of high-quality. We are working with students to begin creating products for our school store. The Dremel 3D Slicer software is also very easy to use. Our students use SolidWorks to create 3D projects and then transfer the file to the Dremel software to get it ready for the printer. Easy process that students learn quickly. I highly recommend the Dremel 3D Digilab 3D45 printer.
