This printer has been around a year or so and the firmware updates are great and simple to preform. It is a solid(resin) preformer. Got it on sale and I do not see a better printer for the money. Uses open source software so you are not locked into any eco system. Any issues some have had in the past are fixed with the firmware updates. Mechanicaly sound and quiet. The wifi is a great addition; no usb sticks or cable needed.

I bought two of these C-Mount adapters to use for a 3D SMD soldering system. I am using two Panasonic CCD video cameras that require a C-Mount lens. These adapters are to Canon FD, I am using two Canon macro 50mm f1:3.5 lens. The output of the cameras feed into a 3D mixer box which creates a 3D video HDMI signal that is sent to a 3D monitor. With this system I can solder the smallest SMD parts by hand without problem. The adapters were a required part of the system, and they work great. It is a solid secure lens to camera adapter. An the anodized aluminum looks great with the black lens and camera colors.

I gave up my home theatre system for almost 10 years until recently I saw a demo of the 3D projection at an agent. The heat started up again when I searched on the web and was attracted by this Optoma HD33. The price is really un-beatble and so I ordered one. Delivery was quick and within 1 week I received the full package. Setup was easy and in an hour time I could sit down to watch my first movie. The performance is great with solid and natural color, contrast and brightness fine tuning is easy for both 2D and 3D projection. This is really a great product valued for money.

This is completely compatible with the Zeiss Milvus 15mm /f2.8 lens, as tested on a Nikon D810 with the Lee SW150 Mark II filter holder. The adapter screws onto the lens and fits perfectly, leaving ample access to the focusing ring. The ring is very well made.� The only downside of the ring is that the lens cap cannot be affixed to the front of the lens with this adapter ring in place. Lee makes a plastic cap that can go over the entire adapter ring for the smaller filter system, allowing the ring to be left in place in the field when moving the lens to and from your bag. No such product is made for this larger system. To solve this one problem with the system, I carefully measured the filter adapter ring and 3D printed a plastic cap to go over it. This is probably a bit much for most people, but if you or someone you know is handy with a 3D printer and 3D design, it's not a hard thing to do. Hope this helps. The Zeiss Milvus 15mm is an amazing lens, and this filter holder system is completely compatible with no vignetting. I use the holder system with Lee and NiSi filters.

This was my first 3D printer! It was an easy setup. It took me less than 45min to build plus the set up time. It’s also user friendly! I would highly recommend this as a first or additional printer!
