More expensive than 3rd party options, but offers the best compatibility and life.

More expensive but more dependable than 3rd party with a little more juice and have a longer life span in my experience. I often supplement these with 3rd party batteries for longer shoots. One thing I noticed that if these are left in Sony A7IV they can discharge. This isn't the fault of the battery. I'd either pull the battery or top up before a job. Cameras today are power hungry. I'd rely on getting at least 1hr per battery filming video.

I have two of these running them in my A7iv. Best 3rd party battery I have found and I have tried a few. Slightly less battery life than a Sony and now with firmware updates we have the limitations Sony is putting on 3rd party batteries. You have spent $2500 on the camera body and a bunch more on lenses, is it worth the hassle to save $19 per battery. Seems silly and I would not buy 3rd party again just because it really doesn't make sense for $19.

Love this system. It's unfortunate that they are still pretty much the most uncomfortable system on the market still without a 3rd party strap. Otherwise, I am seriously impressed even as a Vive pro user.

I did a fair bit of research on 3rd party speedlights before investing in Godox system. I felt that the 1st party flashes were too overpriced, and this seemed like a cheap enough flash to experiment with. But that experiment turned out to be a great success and I've been a happy customer for the past couple years. I ended up buying 3 more of them to use together in different arrangements, and have never had any issues with them, like, ever. Even works as optical slave to Nikon's CLS system through my D750's pop-up flash. Couldn't recommend more.

If your a putz like me and manage to lose your camera's body cap, you'll be looking at this vs. 3rd party brands...I'm sure. Sure, this is pricey for a piece of plastic, but it fits the way it should...that's it! To many reviews out there scared me away from the 3rd party guys selling what *should be the same thing. You invest money into your camera gear, it's worth the extra couple dollars to get the right replacement parts when you need them.
