If you shoot RAW and want to take the guess work out of white balance then this is the easiest way. The cube is very small & weighs nothing so it's easy to keep in a camera/gear bag. Take one shot with the cube in the scene facing the camera and later use that shot in Lightroom (or other RAW processing program) to correct color & exposure. So far I've used it in situations with mixed/strange lighting and it works great. I like that it has a tripod mount. (comes with instructions, soft case & neck strap) 5 |

I use this to support my cube shaped white balance calibration reference. As this reference cube weighs less than one ounce, I expect the tripod to last a good long time before wearing out. It looks very stylish, too, and the price fit my budget! 5 |
