This is just what I was looking for to protect my audiophile stack. There are much cheaper surge protectors and more expensive power conditioners but this seemed to ride the line between good protection, filtering and convenience. I love that I can set this at the back of my desk and plug in wall warts (hanging down) and then stack audio equipment on top of it with all the cable mess hidden behind the desk rather than going everywhere on the floor with a traditional surge protector. The single front-facing plug, big toggle switch and indicator lights are a huge convenience as well. If you can get past the odd looking mount points when not in a rack, this is a much better solution for budget audiophiles like me. 5 |

Wow...quality, a great price, and actually in stock! This was just what I was looking for. I've been using consumer surge protectors with my DJ set up for years. I've debated upgrading to a more professional grade power supply for some time now, and I finally pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did too. The 15 foot wall plug is just perfect. I no longer have to add an extension cable to the end on my surge, having it all integrated. And the metal casing is solid and made of very durable materials. I just don't know why I didn't make this purchase sooner. 5 |
