I purchased this to use with my 5DIII and 200-400 f/4. I was very hesitant given some of the very poor reviews, and because I've always read that image quality was significantly degraded with extenders, especially the 2X. My experience is that in the right circumstances any loss in image quality is more than compensated for by putting more pixels on the target. Like any long lens, this TC will not allow shooting at greater distances. What is does is allow putting more pixels on the target from reasonable distances. In my opinion the only real downsides are slower focusing for action photos, like birds and aircraft in flight, and the loss of two stops of light in low light situations. But for static subjects, this TC stays on my 200-400 almost all of the time, unless I'm shooting in low or difficult lighting. 5 |

I am not a photographer, I'm actually a college student studying business. I got this bag in hopes I could shove all of my school supplies in it, vs using a backpack. Upon receiving the bag it felt and looked very well made and expensive. I absolutely love the magnetic closures, not only are they satisfying but help in the event I am too lazy to zip the bag back up or forget to do so. Every little design aspect of this bag fits what I was looking for... except one thing. It's just too small for what I need. This flaw has nothing to do with the design, If I could keep it I certainly would. It feels very well made, is comfortable to use (although I do wish the crossbody strap included would go longer), and looks very very nice. It's my own fault for purchasing an item I knew may be too small, but I loved its design and the way it looked so much I wanted to get it and make sure it wouldn't work. I'll be returning this bag only because it doesn't fit my size needs, not because of the bag itself. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone needing to fit smaller items, unlike myself... (I had a laptop, notebooks, 32 oz hydroflask, and other school supplies I needed to put in it). 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to label my kids' school supplies - specifically their binders with the laminated type cover. These haven't smeared at all. They also worked perfect for labeling their lunch boxes too. I will continue to use these to label all my kids' school supplies! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have kids then this is a must. We label everything for the kids especially school supplies as well as our pantry. It’s a bit OCD but it reminds the kids where things go as well. When organizing bins we know what’s in what. 5 |

I considered switching back to Canon for a while, get the R5, but I broke down and upgraded my A7RIII to the A7R5. In the process of upgrading my gear I factored various lens possibilities- This 35-150 lens from Tamron came highly recommended and it is only available in the Sony ecosystem, so that decision was made based on the lens I already had, plus this lens I wanted. I already owed the ultra light 28-200 Tamron for hiking trips- and for what it is, it is amazing! So I figured I'd try this professional Tamron version of the all-a rounder. It did not disappoint! I have been using several lenses for events, sometimes the 24-105 G, the 24-70 2.8 GM as well as the 100-400 GM, along with several Zeiss Batis primes to pick from. I have to say the Image Quality out of this 35-150 Tamron is is Stunning, and perhaps even a marginal improvement over the above mentioned GM lenses, saving me weight overall. I'm very pleased with it, It is smooth and creamy yet pin sharp where it counts... A nice look. Although it is a bit heavy by itself, I do not mind as it lightens my bag by a good margin for walk about, plus I'm not switching lens as often. I now pair this with my super light 14mm 1.8 G master ( the most fantastic ultra wide I have ever used- and I have literally tried them all) Or, I will take either my 17-28mm Tamron 2.8 (I pick this one over my 16-35mm G master). I do miss the extra reach of my 100-400 Sony so I may even get the 50-400 Tamron! It weighs about the same as this 35-150, and less then the Sony equivalent. So I basically mix or match depending on my needs either leaning towards weight if I am Hiking, or best quality for a picky client... For all events this 35-150 Tamron will be my #1 choice. I now need to sell some older gear... 5 |

I take wildlife pictures, mostly birds, and my cameras are Canon. I went with several telephoto lenses before going to my first 150-600. So 55-250, 70-200, 300 f4 IS, 400 f5.6, 100-400 II, Sigma 150-600 Contemporary were my previous lenses. I was always looking for more reach, and more flexibility, trying not to loose quality in the process. About a year ago Ive got my Sigma 150-600 Sport, and I think it has all that I was needing for the price I was willing to pay. Of course a 500 or 600 f4 can be better, or even the 200-400... but that is a cost I cannot pay, specially if I can get pictures that can be sell and published with the Sigma. As always, there are some tradeoffs. The weight is one of them, and the aperture is another. Even the autofocus perfomance is not on par with the big whites. But for the money it cost, I believe is one of the best options you can find to do some amateur and profesional wildlife pictures. In my case, I use intensively my gear, under harsh conditions, so the solidly construccion of this Sigma is a must, which made the Sport the best 150-600 option for me. Ive bought a foot replacement from Wimberley (AP-608) because I needed the arca swiss compatibility and the longer feet for balance in the gimbal. It was necessary for me. It is great. I sincerely recommend the Sigma 150-600 Sport for wildlife photography. Ive uploaded some pictures I took so you can see what is capable off, and Im sure it can be better in the hands of experienced professionals. 5 |
